Молодец ! Хорошая работа. Мне приятно смотреть такие познавательные видео, так как я сам являюсь обладателем cbr1100xx.

Btw, you should replace the Fuel Pressure regulator too. These are known to frequently fail after so many years and probably is a good preventative measure.

Good job cleaning your fuel injectors out, I used davidsilvers to get my vacuum line, got it in 1 meter lengths 95005-350-0120M,, they do larger sizes as well so you could also use it for the over flow tubing on the coolant res tank vent line and also under the petrol tank, vent line as well, i think its £11.99 a meter for 3.5mm.

Did you oil the airfilter (K&N filters need oiling)?

Hi. Another BB owner here. Great video ! BTW, I know you aren't doing this as a tutorial, but it would help some of us greatly if you can show all of the steps from the start. (e.g taking off the tank.) Minimally, a quick sped up version showing the boring steps and then sharing any specific tips along with relevant still pics would be great. Doing so probably takes extra editing time and make production complicated. So, I'd understand if you don't want to do it tho..

Thanks for comments. During this build I was actually more concentrating on doing the stuff than filming, so I didn't film every step, and actually that was partly a decision, as unscrewing stuff is not very difficult. I know personally, it just takes a bit of courage to do. But bagging all screws with labels where they came from, and taking a lot of pictures helps. And the most important is to have good tools. That fuel pressure regulator is on the to do list, before next riding season.

So, you went through all that trouble but didn't check the valve clearances?!? Love the bike, had one before, now looking for another. It's the best bike in the world, after all 😄

Did you take measures against overheating of the regulator rectifier, which can be said to be the weak point of Honda motorcycles?
If your country, Finland, is always cool and never gets stuck in traffic, it might not matter.
But in Japan, it's common for temperatures to exceed 40 degrees Celsius when caught in traffic jams in the summer, which can cause breakdowns.
Therefore, I attached a 12V cooling fan for PC to it and linked it to the power supply. On my model year it's under the left seat, where I installed an 80mm square 15mm thick fan that barely avoid interferes with the cowl.
I would like to post a reference link, but it seems to be prohibited.

You are right it doesn’t get that hot here, and also very rarely we have any real traffic jams. But great to hear that you solved it.

3.5mm vacuum tubing is correct, but 3.2mm would be a more common available size. Worth changing for sure, they can really badly affect fuel consumption. As can the FPR!
