XTC - Live on the Sunday Live Show (BBC, recorded February 22nd, 1987)

XTC recorded three songs for the BBC on February 22nd, 1987. This session was produced by Martin Colley and Jonathon Russle, with engineer Fred Kay. Andy Partridge felt nervous initially, as XTC hadn't recorded tracks for the BBC since 1984, but warmed up to it during recording "Another Satellite". These were later broadcast on the Sunday Live Show at a later point in February 1987.
In mid-1987, "Dear God" was released as a 12-inch single with "Another Satellite" as a B-side. This was received poorly by Dave Gregory, who claimed it to be "poor quality recordings of an inferior performance".
