    Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This TH-cam channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
    I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
    I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
    I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
    On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.
    If you enjoy the channel make sure you hit subscribe and also tap the notification bell so that you are always notified when I release a new video.

      @kakemonsteret112 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      @@Mr.mallaer yes, and no. For players like Westwood and Cink, who have been around for 20 some years, yes they just need someone to carry and keep them mellow.. for younger tour players the insight, measurements and advice of a caddy is a major advantage. Not to mention assistance with the mental part of the game (which is huge). Plenty of examples of good young players falling after having friends/brothers caddy, while there are equally many who have taken leaps in the right direction from getting a good caddy..

      Also the key to becoming a good golfer is not going out to the range and machine-gunning shots or just every time you swing a golf club is by playing a round of golf. Go to the range and make every shot count and work on particular shots and most importantly alignment. You can work on swing plane in your backyard with no ball. Also read Fearless Golf. If puts the mental game in perspective.

He would stop into the YMCA where I worked while I was in college when visiting for the Firestone WGC event, and I would give him Y passes and he would leave me tickets for the tournament. Darren Clarke also but he's primarily Champions tour now. I can't think of one guy on the US tour I'd want to do that with. I really like the caddy interaction because you really see how much the pros really plan their shots. They’re planning their putts from their second shots and this is all going on in fractions of seconds in their heads. Even Lee saying if you put a timer on him he’d be within fractions of second doing his routine. I know how much better the pros are than us Joe’s, but this really makes me appreciate how good they are.
