this is the true PEAK version of this song. It goes so fucking hard
the fact mike was actually screaming and it didn’t even sound bad makes this song that much better😂
I love the recorded version, but i LOVE the 2 step later on in the song. So good.
THE GREATEST LINKIN PARK SONG! THIS VERSION IS THE MOST AMAZING SONG I'VE HEARD EVER! 🤘
Nope that’s Chester switching from clean to harsh.. incredible performance!
Good video!Missed the LP ones😉 Bridget, Hungary
This Song is Masterpiece. When I heard this song, i never knew Linkin Park can make haviest song in their career and Behold - QWERTY 🔥🔥🔥🔥♥️♥️♥️
No, Mike wasn't screaming at all. If you listen carefully, he was barely there when Chester did his parts. That toggling between singing and screaming, that's all Chester.
@bogabhaiunjoss9591 Mike would scream with Chester on stage every so often depending on the song. Given Up no but other songs like Qwerty yes. Mike can do the more simple screams. In fact in 2004 during project revolution he would scream sing with Jonathan Davis during a version of One Step Closer Reanimation remix album.
Talk about unpolished. By new they mean they wrote it on the plane ride there...
😂
How he goes from screaming to singing that high is crazy.
Can you react to Fading by Vacation Manor?
This song is from when they were originally called Hybrid Theory 🖤
Nope, this song was written on the flight to Japan.
@HarlowTheoryX this is from the Minutes to Midnight time period. They released this song on the LPU cd in 2006 and didn't release it to the rest of the fans in till April 12, 2024. In fact Mike and Chester wrote the lyrics on the plane to Japan for a small tour in Japan.
This was only released for the fan club in 2006. The fans knew about this song but couldn't download it to have in their Linkin Park song collections. It is from Minutes to Midnight time. Mike and Chester wrote the lyrics on the plane to Japan and this performance was the first time they performed this song for the fans. On the singles collection release they have made it where all fans can get it.
Mike does that every so often during live performances but if asked he will say he can't scream. If you watch the Live performance of One Step Closer featuring Jonathan Davis (Korn) from Projekt Revolution 2004 you will see and hear Mike scream singing with Jonathan Davis.
this is prime chester b.
Chester so good he thought mike was screaming 😂
I think more bands should do this! If ya got the songs and theyve been practiced so much and then dont make the album.. do em live!! I think that would be super cool! And then after like 15-20 years of doimg that(if a band makes it that long)then make a compilation of those songs on an album. Just an opinion
They actually wrote the Song on like the flight to there and then performed it there directly like u see
One thing that should be higher in the Mix is
B A S S
💯
@@Roguenjosh thanks for responding ❤
I’m here revisited and find your flame next? 🔥
I like the way how he changed his statement right after Bred's starts his riff.
It was funny.😅
Mike was not screaming
Mike screaming!!!!no way!!!it was all chester
@dorinevandendriesche Mike would scream with Chester on stage a lot of the time but he doesn't always like to admit that he can scream. Mike can't do all different types of screams Chester did but he can do a very simple scream. In 2004 he screamed along with Jonathan Davis for a version of One Step Closer from the Reanimation remix album.
