Yes, it is a great place. Unfortunately, they need to get their customer service right quickly.

Nigerian superiority and general I don't care attitude kills customer service. Its everywhere, in the banks, telecoms etc.

Let's hope that the Management team of Lakowe Resort would do the needful ASAP!! Not even a free Lodger should be treated in the manner recounted in this honest review.

Thanks David 4 this update. Customer service for such a resort is paramount. What if it was an emergency 🤔. terrible, no food for kids for room service. It's a NO NO this resort's services let them down

This is quite discouraging for a beautiful place like this , the customer service, Nigeria and attitude issues they seem to only give attention to the high profile people reason their customer services are usually always bad .
I dont think i will carry my hard earn money and spend on such a place , let he high class patronize them .

Sounds like the Nigerian factor is very much at work at the resort. It looks like a nice place, but the service sucks.

The prices varies which is why I did not talk about it.
However, it is always over a 100,000naira regardless

Sadly it’s not just the staff at Lakowe Lakes but Mixta as a whole. The level of service offered is abysmal. Very unreliable and do not come through on their promises.

Nigerian companies lack service culture, let alone excellent service culture. That is the reason they care less about service delivery and getting adequately trained staff. Now you have built an empire to give worst customer experience.
