Magnezone is definitely a mon you need some forethought for. Meaning you need a shield if your opponent has two mons or a shield themselves. Its rewarding when you avoid those hard countered matchups with ground types.

I watched you stream the other day and saw what a Wild Charge could do to a Magnezone in the mirror match and put what I learned from your stream to good use! I was running Magnezone in the lead and actually saw a few of my opponents running Magnezone as their lead also and won CMP all three times and hit them with the Wild Charge because they chose not to shield.
I was also seeing a lot of water leads, fairy leads and flyers. Magnezone was cooking. I was running it with Mantine and Gligar and did pretty good in the 2200-2400 elo range.
