    This is a pumpkin spice oatmeal cookie with an attractive aroma.
    Add icing to the cookie and use it as a Halloween version.

    = Ingredients = (Approximately 25 servings, 7.2g sugar per serving, 2 to 5 per day)
    Levandiscard version -
    Soft room temperature butter 150g, room temperature egg 1 (50g), coconut sugar 180g (can be replaced with Muscovado 180g or Molasse 90g, unrefined organic sugar 90g)
    Almond powder 180g, baking powder 2.5g, baking soda 2g, salt 3g, oatmeal 300g
    Spices (cinnamon 5g, nutmeg powder 2g)
    Levandiscard 200g
    Filling Dark chocolate 100g or walnuts 100g, cranberries 50g
    Regular version
    Soft room temperature butter 150g, room temperature eggs 2 (100g), milk 50g, coconut sugar 180g (can be replaced with 180g Muscovado or 90g Molasse, 90g unrefined organic sugar)
    180g almond flour, 2.5g baking powder, 2g baking soda, 3g salt, 300g oatmeal, 80g all-purpose flour, 20g whole wheat flour
    Spices (5g cinnamon, 2g nutmeg powder)
    Fillings 100g dark chocolate or 100g walnuts, 50g cranberries
    = Spice level =
    (Level 0) For those who don't like spices; Omit all
    (Level 2) Basic spices; 3g cinnamon
    (Level 3) For toddlers or mild; 3g cinnamon, 1g nutmeg powder
    (Level 6) Pumpkin spice beginner and for children; 5g cinnamon, 2g nutmeg powder
    (Level 8) Pumpkin Spice Original Version; 5g cinnamon, 2g nutmeg powder, 2g ginger powder, 1g clove
    (Level 10 or higher) Spice Conqueror Upgrade Version; 5g cinnamon, 2g nutmeg powder, 2g ginger powder, 2g allspice, 2g cardamom, 1g clove. Mix everything and adjust the amount.
    Application of Pumpkin Spice; Use in pumpkin pie, apple pie, various breads, various bread laces such as stollen, or cookie recipes, sprinkle on milk tea, coffee, cocoa, etc., mix in oatmeal porridge or granola, etc.
    = How to make =
    1. Soften room temperature butter and mix in room temperature eggs. (If adding milk, mix at this stage)
    2. Mix sugar without dissolving.
    3. Mix powder
    4. Mix Levandiscard
    5. Mix filling
    6. Refrigerated tissue
    7. Shape: Divide into 45 to 48g each. Press to the thickness of your finger.
    8. Bake; 175 degrees for about 15 minutes (Adjust according to oven, F, and frying pan conditions)
