a while back, i hit a point where i felt like everything was out of my control. i kept wondering why other people seemed to get what they wanted while i was stuck in the same place. then i came across this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains the connection between your energy and the life you create? it blew my mind. it’s not just a book, it’s like a blueprint for turning your life around.
so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.
BKK is truly the NYC of Southeast Asia. Foodie, shopping, and nightlife dream in a much safer environment. You guys inspire me to retire early. Curious, are the prices in Makro comparable to the prices here in U.S.? or lower?
We are definitely appreciating the life in BKK. Very convenient. Thank you so much! 🥰❤️🫰🙏 Honestly, it’s been awhile since I’ve been in US and I heard prices have gone up way higher since we left (Approximately 2 Years). However, I’m pretty sure it’s still a lot cheaper here than US. Especially in California, from where we are from 😅
i remember this one night i was scrolling aimlessly, feeling like i had hit rock bottom. it felt like nothing i wanted was ever going to happen for me. i don’t know why, but i clicked on this link about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it drew me in. the more i read, the more i felt like it was written just for me. it’s wild how much a single book can change your perspective.
i think tokatsu wako is the best for japanese deep dried set menu in Thailand, Their rice is very great. and i recomend crab cream croquettes. it's very nice!
They were pretty good! Hence the long line 😅. OoO thank you for the recommendation! Will have to check that out next time! Also, want to try the place Linda recommended at ICONSIAM 😃
@@ChovyTravel i think they have one in terminal 21, one bangkok, central world, central ladprao, central eastville, and several more. just choose the time wisely, i usually go early around 11 am. to avoid a long line 😁
Makro is my daily essential needs store here in Pattaya. I always get the eggs, meats, water, sodas, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and many more. I never go to 7-eleven.
That’s awesome! You’re already an expert in Thailand 😁 I don’t think people know enough about Makro. People in the states go crazy over Costco. I’m a huge Makro fan now! 😁🥰
The online price is actually a little bit higher than the in-store price, and the delivery is by a third party, so you need to check for the items you receive. I ordered online a couple of times and one time, some items were missing.
Makro Thailand initially opened in 1989 with a policy that restricted shopping to members only. Non-members were not allowed to purchase goods. This policy was particularly aimed at businesses and organizations that needed to buy in bulk. However, in recent years, Makro has changed its policy, allowing the general public to shop without requiring a membership. Although non-members can now shop, members still receive special benefits such as exclusive discounts and promotions. The exact year when this policy change occurred isn't clearly documented, but it is known that by 2014, non-members were already allowed to shop at Makro.
They use to not allow kids in also kids use to be on certain height In order for kids to enter I use to have to wait for my brothers to finish shopping in there at and kids play place next door to Major when I was young
The thing you guys had was not tempura. It's Ebi Fry. The difference is the batter. Ebi Fry is more similar to Tonkatsu which is thicker and has bread crumb on the top layer. While tempura batter is quite light and fluffy
We are a fan of Makro, but will have to wait till we have a place to live before we do some serious shopping there. 😂 But the pillow you bought is really comfy. I think you'll enjoy it.
Yes! You definitely becoming Thais. You don’t eat PadThai anymore, you also eat chili vinegar with half lean half fat pork leg and you shop wholesales!! 😂😂😂
Please don't compare with Costco, That's a big time difference, Costco costumers service is the best all over America 🇺🇸. Makro prices marked very small. It's hard to read. Costco merchandise can return very easily, Makro holds your return money almost a month.
100% Agree in regards to the customer service and merchandise returns are very easy. However, I was referring more to the fact that, Makro has free membership, the public can access commercial items, and the seafood was way better than what I experienced at Costco in the states. With experience in the restaurant business industry, I am very particular about my seafood and I was really impressed with it at this particular Makro.
@ChovyTravel moreover, every Foodland has it's own restaurant "called Took lae Dee" means cheap and good. It's very delicious. It's famous dish is American fried rice which is Jackson Wang's favourite. However, I looove "Goy-see-mee-gai sen-tod" (โกยซีหมี่ไก่เส้นทอด) It's quite a rare dish to find. And for dessert, fried banana with ice cream.👍👍👍
I'm not surprised to hear that you've opened a restaurant before, judging from the way you describe ingredients and give ratings (I'd rather not assume you've had similar incidents in some states in 1992). I don't know if you'd like to open a restaurant in Thailand, but do it online. My friend from Melbourne did that, targeting a specific customer group.
@@ChovyTravel No, he sell made-to-order food, but it's orders that the rich can afford, such as imported grilled Wagyu beef, Sliced beef tongue with pounded pepper, like what they sell to locals in Melbourne. You may also sell Korean food that is hard to find in the market (your own special recipe).
i used to think manifesting was all about repeating affirmations and hoping for the best. i tried it for months and…nothing. i was so frustrated. then i heard about this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and how it breaks down the science and energy behind manifestation. it’s like it flipped a switch in my brain. once i started applying what i learned, things started falling into place like never before. worth checking out if you’re serious about manifesting.
Maybe you never been to this MAKRO 🤷. Personally for me, I’m referring to the quality of the seafood was way better, membership is free, and they sell commercial items that aren’t sold in the states except for Costco Business center. All in all, thank you for sharing your perspective/belief.

Take a tour of Thailand from different angles. It's really fun.
Will do! 😃

Where is the Makro in this video located? It is certainly bigger then the Makros located in Pathum Thani
We have a link in the description down below for easy access to this location 😉. Check it out!
It was so massive! Way bigger in person 😅

I frequent Bangkok very often and had no idea about this place! Seems like a great alternative to get away from the crowds at BigC 😀
Exactly! It’s definitely become our go-to place from here on out 🥰

That’s interesting! I wonder why they did that… 🤔 was it for safety reasons?
So non member one can do shopping here ??
Glad my condo contract id finish next month so I look for something bigger that i can have some grocery shopping myself
That’s awesome! We know exactly what you mean 🥰
Makro is great. My aunt takes us there when we go to Bangkok to visits.
100% Agree! It’s wonderful! I think we’re going to do the same thing when we have family visit in Thailand 😁🥰
Strip loin there is so good quality and price it's like 200g (1 serve) per 120-190 Baht. It's my faverite place to buy beef.
Very Nice! Their Butchery was also huge! I was rather impressed with the seafood at Makro.
Nice 👍 thanks for sharing 🙏😊
Absolutely our pleasure! 🥰
Makro, lotus and 7 eleven is owned by the same owner which is the Richest family in Thailand who owns CP group
OoO Wow! CP owns a lot 😯 That’s crazy.
They also owned Trues mobile, TNN TV channel, cable TV
OMG 😱 Wow!!

I like Makro very fresh and cheap❤
Us too! 🥰 It’s amazing! Identical to Costco in the states. Love it!
Makro has been with Thai people for about 30 years.
Wow, that’s awesome! So it’s been around for awhile.

No Costco in Thailand just tops club
Makro is Thee Costco in Thailand. Can’t get anymore identical than that. At least the Costcos from what I’m used to in the states.
@ChovyTravel we have macro and Costco in the uk
👌👌 by the way, Tops Club is no longer around, right?
@ChovyTravel just doing Google 🤣🤣
Thailand is where i want to be though to be honest
Such a click bait! I was here to potentially watch Costco in Bangkok but not!! Truly misleading. Unsubscribe 😡😡
haha costco, really?
Literally Costco. Makro is definitely the Twin Thai Brother of Costco 😁
