This authentic restaurant serves Newari cuisine and I was lucky that I get to try some of them. Juli also asked me to try Sapu Mhichā, which is a special dish consisting of buffalo leaf tripe stuffed with bone marrow. It was a rather interesting experience and I hope you enjoyed this episode. Hello again Syifa. Bone marrow is one of my favorite things! Back when I was a kid ( not lately...🙄), when my grandmother would cook beef or lamb stew, the marrow was a special treat for me. A few years back, on a trip to Paris, I had marrow soup, in a restaurant where that was the specialty. An entire bowl, swimming in marrow! Yummm.
