I was one of the guys who help Kevin to discover the oil when I was working with STENA FORTH DRILLSHIP . Honestly he invested a lot in that and he inspired me a lot anytime he comes on board ship and talk to us. After discovering that huge oil for him and his company (Springfield Ghana) in 2019 he gave all the crew $200 safety bonus every 28days cos he cared a lot about our safety too . All crew on board ship from over 12-15 countries around the world ( both black &whites ) about 200 crew on board that time . Kudos my Mentor ✌🏽✌🏽greetings frm United States big brother. I’ve discovered a lotta nice opportunities on the motherland when I traveled outside and have a broad look back home honestly I will be back and make it happen no matter what..! Our mother Ghana 🇬🇭 and Africa as a whole is so Rich.

Limited thinking in African leadership means that we are iced out of opportunities in our own countries and our own Continent. This audience does not seem to fully appreciate what this man has achieved. Kevin is right, poverty consciousness is so widespread in Africans and they think there is not enough for everyone. There is a difference between being broke and being poor - great to hear Kevin! Thank you for having him on.

They should be bold to stake big claims in strategic industries, for instance local enterprises should team up with relevant groups and transform Ghana lithium into batteries.

That belief in self...I think we all have it as children, just something in our environment kills it and many never recover. For others, something (or someone like parents) try to kill it but we refuse to let them. This was me! My brother and I grew up in the same broken household that would kill any child's dreams. He never recovered and has struggled in many ways his whole life. I refused to believe what we were told, ran away from home at 14 and have lived a life beyond my wildest dreams!

Jealousy and envy aren't exclusive to black people. I have witnessed the crab in the bucket mentality among every nationality I have encountered. The goal is to surround ourselves with individuals who share our ambitions and goals for life. It's common for those closest to us, to be the most toxic. If a limb on a tree is dying, not cutting it will result in the destruction of the entire tree at some point. Oh yes, I keep my tree pruning tools sharp and ready to be put into service at a moments notice. 🤣

I often wonder how God’s real followers are able to grow & thrive in such businesses where so much evil & devil worshipping to reach certain levels of success is happening behind the scenes with many of the people you have to work with.

It's always a honor to have you here as a mentor, I appreciate you for the time being spent to educate us financially. Regardless of how bad it gets on the economy, I still make over $28K every single week. I truly value Cheryl Wilson and her helpful guides.
