I tried doing the CMD prompt but it says “C:\ProgramFiles” is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. What do I do?

First of all, you need to give a command before writing a path ("C:/ProgramFiles").
For example "cd C:/ProgramFiles", where cd is the command. "cd" means move to this directory.
Another command in shell is "ls", writes out/shows all the files in the folder/directory.
In short, there needs to be a command preceeding the path in order to do something with the said path.

I broke the download page,the page became halfved. Now i can't see the list or queue of games that are downloading or need to be updated

I have seen this happen. It is usually a broken .dll file. In this case you might have to reinstall Steam altogether. There is a fix around this but it is tedious as hell.

They could be in Program files then, it's right next to x86 one.

Hi, i have the missing privileges problem and I want to try all of this in your video to see if that fixes my problem but, I ended up taking the steam apps folder out of the steam files and left it on my desktop and than I uninstalled steam, now that I want to put it back it says that I don’t have storage available to put it back in the steam files. If I do this tutorial can it still help me out with this problem or will it make worse?

"No storage available", how much space do you have on your disk?
If you dont have much, clear about 10 GB and then retry. I wouldn't suggest you watch this tutorial as this is focusing on fixing Steam files where you have the entire structure of the files (including steam apps).
Check the size of steamapps folder and then clear that much space and retry. Or one better, just move and replace the folder within the new structure. Drag into that window. If you cannot run Steam, then copy it out and reinstall again (to make sure you dont lose out on your steamapps folder)

Frankly, I don't understand what "bcdedit" does and why I should run it with various parameters to fix Steam client problems.

Great question, this is the documentation I have used for this (basically bcdedit is used to manage internal Windows stores, if you don't want to risk it, do not use it):

my entire problem is i cant find steam.exe ive done tons of methods and i still cant find im forsure going to the right files i know it by heart but i cant find it

Ok, I understand your frustration, but hear me out on this one. You might not have the extensions enabled, i.e. .jpg, .exe etc. Instead of .exe it will say a name, so "steam" but in the next column it will say Application. That is your steam.exe.
As for finding it:
It should be located in C:/Program Files/Steam/steam.exe

Try reinstalling the game or deleting steamapps file if you don't have any saved singleplayer progress or config for games like CS2, Dota 2 etc.
