  • As international sanctions have cut into North Korea’s ability to import and export things, they’ve become desperate for cash.
They’ve been running crazy schemes to get it - smuggling, stealing, lying, cheating, swashbuckling - but that’s nothing compared to what they make from stealing cryptocurrency.
In fact, most of their foreign currency now comes from stolen crypto.
So, can anything be done to stop the world’s first nuclear-armed crypto bro, Kim Jong-un?
    Matt Bevan takes a look.

It's not about being educated but it's about seeking for the help of an expert with a profitable broker.

The piece doesn't really touch on how the North Koreans convert that crypto into cash. That's a key thing for the UN to focus on. BTC has no value to them if it can't be cashed out. The whole thing should be banned for eternity.

And that's the extra funny thing about crypto the ledger is entirely publicly viewable. You can literally trace transactions and wallets.
Surely after these hacks we can identify target wallets, and black list them entirely wiping out any value.

Not saying this is not but just because a graph goes up and down does not make it a pyramid scheme.

crime is committed with every currency that exists.
People who get their crypto stolen clearly don’t understand the responsibility that comes with owning this kinda of currency
