    Your Miltoniopsis look nice and lush. I wish I could wash my orchids like that. I keep my home too cool though. Your video reminded me that I should probably do a leaf cleaning soon, they're kind of dusty.

    Hi Paula. That was an excellent video. I’ve never done that before, but it made perfect sense to me. Cleans them real good. 👍 my problem is no fan to dry them off. Thanks for all you do. 🫂👏💐🥰

      @shirleyholt898 Hey sweetie Miss Shirley 👋 yea that fan is important! They need drying off afterwards especially in winter. Summer isn't so bad. They dry pretty fast. But I appreciate you watching Miss Shirley! Have a wonderful weekend sis 🤗🌹🩷💚

    I am always afraid I cannot get them dry enough again in the colder season. But it looks good. In spring/summer I might give the leaves a good clean up. ❤

      Some times they might not dry. An extra fan definitely helps. 😂 Have a wonderful week 🤗 🌹 💚 🩷

    I love that cover photo! The ladies look so good in your window 😊 Thank you for the reminder that I have a whole bag of dolomite lime! I stopped using it when I was growing in moss. Showering plants is so rewarding. Dust drives me insane 😂 Have a good evening and I’ll see you in the morning!

    Would it work to wash out springtails? 😂

      @alanm9523 Hey hon, it will some what. Spring tails are hard to get rid of! 🤣 I lost my springtails when I used Bonide flakes. Killed them right off! Hope that helps. Have a wonderful weekend 🤗 🌹 🩷 💚

    Hi Paula, are you doing this only with your Mil. or with the other 500+ too? If so, 😲👀in advance. Many regards ❣

      @annareiter952 Hey hon it's with all my orchids. It's best to flush and rinse them all. Then add calmag back into pots. It's perfect for all 500+🤣 Have a wonderful weekend dearest. 🤗🌹🩷💚

    Do you wait until the media dries out before the cal mag soak?

      @hillbillyorchids  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @krisschmitz2167 Hey hon, no it don't matter. The coconut husk will absorb some. The plant will absorb some and some stay in around the bark so there are some nutrients around the roots. Hope that helps. Have a wonderful weekend 🤗🌹🩷💚
