- On a Thursday evening, after work I set out for an Easter long weekend adventure. I put my recently installed Niglight lights to a good use on the long road to a distant campsite. On the next day after minor wiring issue fix I head out to explore some back roads I have not been on before along the Silver river in BC. I reach the point where snow is too deep to proceed and end up into another dead end before backtracking back to my camp. I capture some beautiful shots of running streams along the way. Back at camp I relax by fire and contemplate the adventures for next day.
Stay tuned for part two of the trip!
Keep up the great videos my man!
If you are afraid to get scratches on your truck, you may be a city boy. Nice, you actually are using your pickup!
Cool cool,. RAM power wagon...👍👍
Lake Havasu- ☀️ AZ
Thanks. We do get some sun here in BC occasionally.
Enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, will do!
Love the power wagon 👊 great adventure 😁
Glad you enjoyed it
I think you have a really great set-up and you give us great video of the scenery. At the beginning could you explain where you are and why you chose that location. Also, would like your thoughts on the Power Wagon. The truck bed tent is quite nice and perhaps you could tell us how you chose it. Just ideas.
Thanks. Some thoughts about Power Wagon you can find in my comment replies to my other videos for now, but I will see if I can tie it into one of future rig videos. In general, Power Wagon just makes most sense because it is most equipped for off-road out of factory, and I just happen to be a RAM fun too. Thanks for ideas.
I love my power wagon but I could not take it to through that brush
Yes, I used to wax mine every week, but once I got over a few first scratches, I realized that it is a Power Wagon after all. It is the only HD truck out there purposely built to go and explore less traveled roads, not to blind curious people in shopping mall parking with sun rays reflecting from it's mirror polished paint work. That said, I am not purposely looking for most brushed trails but if I end up in one I go through as carefully as I can.
Yes, ok, ok, I know there is Tremor out there now trying to step on it's toes, but back then Power Wagon was the only one.
@@weekendoutdooradventures the tremor is “trying” to step on the power wagons toes... but in my opinion fails to keep up... adding a bigger engine and taking away off-road features leaves much to be desired
Yeah ya got to use em👍👍
Or come swap for my Prius, lol.
