I think RP that comes from collecting evidence on the potential crime scene is one of the best. I remember PP days and how he went on his huge ark of taking interviews from criminals about sprays, making PD involved with his PowerPoint presentation and everything. Wish more cops'd the same and cruise around to collect evidence and talk to people.
Nah its easier just to watch for pings and then send in 20 cops after them.
