This is where the balance is so off. 2/3 jail sentences cripples these gangs. 2/3 wipes doesn't dent the pd
for a while in NP, if 1 person of 6 got caught every gain from the job was wiped out by that 1 persons fines.
Cops don't have to grind and time and fine are the issue crims lose 1 fight against cops 500+ months 50k+ fine then they gotta gind out of debt and grind back there gear witch is hours of work then cops go down loss there gear pays less than 1k for all gear get back up and repeating its not fair and np just needs allot of new stuff it needs a big update jail needs a big update to match these times and fines also since 3.0 ended so manny other top rp servers popped up and just split up all top rprs between like 3 or more other servers
That and also from what whippy said on Dundee some cops aren't even doing medical and continuing to process there scene.when they should be at the hospital.
@@philiprhodes3976 i saw Den go down in a scene , the scene progressed , he got healed in hospital , the crim (Flash/Clark) got caught in the end and downed ... he was back trashtalking him 2 mins after taking pics with him meanwhile the crim gets 200 something months a huge fine ... rp wise its unbalanced that a downed cop can go back to his rp 2 mins after yet a crim has to grind jail time and fines ; like yea u do the crime and get the punishment but the moment the cop goes down he should also have a penalty on his rp , maybe then they wont just got 10 + on each traffic stop or small petty crime and think about if they get shot or not and not rush on crims each shot they get just to stack more charges when they get shot at .

at the end of the day cops on a GTA RP server need to realize they are not the main characters. the shit's called GTA for a reason, not PD simulator. cops are supposed to be a support role, hence why they get priority queue. they're supposed to facilitate rp, not take it over and make it all about them. also, idk who in the hell though it was a good idea to make the marshals and give them military equipment then fill that department up with a bunch of cops/former cops cut from the same cloth as Suarez.
Exactly, the cops role should be to enable/further RP scenarios. Instead all they seem to want to do is kill RP and stop people from having a good time. NoPixel is unwatchable now IMO

This is the same with every rp server I have seen. The cops start out chill and not as aggressive. A few weeks in, they're drunk on power. Communities will voice this concern through correct methods, and nothing changes. You can change the people. It's literally just humans. Look at GTA RP as one huge social experiment, and my lord, you see fascinating data. Stanford Prison Experiment but multipled to a bigger scale
Den spending minutes staring at that magazine on the ground and beating a local during a serious conversation is far funnier to me than it has any right to be.

Only way to fix this IMO is purge a lot of the admins/devs and start with a fresh new team with clear boundary's set. Admins/Devs should never be allowed to participate in playing on the server, ESPECIALLY as a cop or anyone in a position of power. Also they should have a chief of police who is actually held accountable as well as more severe punishments for cops stepping out of line or making mistakes. PD restructure aint gonna cut it this time.

Anyone a 1.0 to current day viewer? How could you not love 1.0 and 2.0 literally the golden days. Mr K was Chang and did the voice before ppl tried to cancel him for it, the SBS bros w/ Ramee and Rated (yes Ik what happened w/ Rated but I'm speaking about before it happened plus the whole situation seems fishy to me as a whole) Eugene and Prune gang, the workout twins, Spaceboy on any character, Leanbois/ The Cul-de-sac, The Barrio and Speedy, all the hospital staff (Mainly Karen) and Tessa in the serial Killer arc, and and how can you not put Boe in there. It's sad that it'll never be anywhere close to those days again...

As a viewer I left nopixal 4 weeks ago it was boring it was just police being overpowered and acting like children in the playground but the worse thing there was no stories being built it was just chaos, the police got new fast cars more helicopters more money from fines and it has nothing to do with justice it was how much money they was getting and then bragging about it I just don't know what has happened to nopixal but if the crim's are not waking up then you have a server full of police with no one to arrest.
What no way people want to create content for their viewers and probably have to press E cleaning dishes for 6hrs of a 8hr stream crazy

Im suprised the owners dont take more of a hard stance to facilitate RP and instead allow the server to be a psychology experiment on crime and retaliation. Its like its baiting gamers who dont know better to create unethical messes while they blindly feel around for policy that "works" (but also doesnt bc a cops RP motivation is "stop crime" ... which is not the same as a game managers motivation of "facilitate rp")
Time & fine max shouldnt be within reach to be changed by RPers. Its a core game mechanism. Rpers should be able to negotiate down time & fine (or have it served other ways) because thats an IG convo and a RP scene. But increasing it (or even debtors law) is messing with mechanics in a way that breaks the game for people trying to make CONTENT. The server should never put RPers in a position where they are facing a wall twiddling their thumbs in an empty cell for hours. Its boring. Its unsustainable. they will just go play another game.
Things nopixel needs: More game moderators whos goal is to facilitate RP (think like a Larp). More petty crime. More creative non lethal weapons. More businesses. More room for Rpers to RP without fear of getting fired or insta-killed.
I suggest the criminals to hold an officer for 10 hours in a cell if the officer breaks a sop…or actually just make up a reason why you want to lock them up
cop pixel sucks, they never get punished for anything while 90% of them are sweaty try hards actively treating RP like its Dreamhack Lan finals for $500k ruining the experience for civs/crim. nopixel should really add some rules to PD for balance like forced ICU when they get downed 1hr+ depending on how they got downed it be the only thing equivalent to a crim/civ sitting in a jail cell for 1-2 hours arguing charges then another 1-2 hours in prison I feel like that type of rule might force the PD to actually RP instead of acting like a private military group

I never understood that you can be put in prison for over an 1hr. This server literally turn into a content server, I can understand in 2019 when it still was some what serious but in 2024 this still makes no sense.

Yeah, I think I'm just gonna stop watching GTA RP all together man. Between Prodigy PD more or less getting abused by crims and Nopixel PD on their takeover arc for the 20th time, I just can't keep doing it. There's no balance between the two main factions, and any good RP gets drowned out by drama, exploiting, or just all-around stupid shit. At least there's some semblance of communication/cooperation in Prodigy, but regardless, the shit storm that has been 4.0 has just turned me off. I only really stuck around for DasMedhi, Buddha, Kebun, and a select few others, but honestly it's just becoming unbearable.

You got it wrong. Only CG were bullying cops cause they got tired of how cops were acting towards them. Now that CG isn't around the cops are pushing around the smaller gangs and those gangs are finally getting tired of it. Now add on fact some idiot put Kylie in charge (Judge/Marshal) and let her make legislation/time/fines is just screwing crims over even more. There's no point in doing any crim because nothing in the city is worth/can pay for the fines if the crims get caught. As for time, crims spend a hour or 2 setting up a getaway plan that will make good content for both sides and then you get cops W chasing cops, which again is 90% of them, will ruin the situation by shooting. Oh getting in an airplane? Shoot it down. Not like we don't have Air1 already following the chase and can follow the plane. Then crims get sentenced to 200+ months. So 2 hours of plan/set up to get caught and then spend 3+ hours in jail? Even if they spam jobs its still at least 90 mins in jail for getting caught cause cops shoot just because they might take the L.

At that time PD had fucking BOT shooters. Some crims that are good in shoot outs, that are cops now are out gunning gangs. Over the years of watching CG i noticed they like Content/Easy mode. If CG were going up against the cops now in 4.0 they would 100% be complaining. I love CG but i am also not completely biased. On prodigy rn the cops are a freaking joke.
