Panubok is a traditional embroidery passed from generations of Panay Bukidnon in the Indigenous Cultural Communities of Tapaz, Capiz. An art form woven in their dresses and traditional attires as they dance their famous Binanog Dance.

It's very amazing and informative about Panay Bukidnon Culture... But I heard some maguindanaon or festive instrumental background? The Panay Bukidnon is the Pre-colonial Culture of Hispanized Ilonggo people, the Karay-as, Akeans, Hamtik. And still many of the fellow western Visayans laugh at it. The only Visayan Malayan Pre-colonial Culture left among in the Visayas. The remnants of the Kedatuan of Madja-as. We are lucky to have our pre colonial culture our identity western Visayans but others like Tagalog people gone theirs. We should appreciate and preserve this more than colonial culture.
