Progress and Development of Capiz province must be, bit by bit, not too fast, not too slow as they are at present because there are still many other considerations like ecological protection, local people's rights, economic rights, and human rights. Slowly but surely and above, according to the plans and will of God. Capizeno people are religious people and educated people, and more or less 70% to 80% still attribute success and blessings to God although already in the age of higher education and technology, etc. As for me, I still respect and am proud of it to have a house made of light materials or bamboo materials or indigenous materials other than concrete materials. And the same with indigenous natural foods which are nutritious and good for health!
