I read bare Act again and again and also connect to other related sections and then try to under stand the actual meaning of law. If there is doubt on any point then I refer different writers' books to remove my doubt. For the particular section on which you commented, there was no requirement to refer any book because bare Act language itself is very much clear. If you have any other interpretation, then please do comment, I will definitely consider the same view. I always welcome view of others because as and when any person takes admission in LL.B., he becomes student of law for whole life as law has different interpretations as context changes.
