Your on the right track. Have you explored maybe simpler methods like using Blender with homebuilder or a myriad of other 2D floor plan to 3d packages , to build a 3d model based on jpg / pdf floor plans. (for me, Blender has a huge learning curve.) Then export that into Morphoilio to do the rendering. And apply photo textures of real products example color bond corrugated iron exterior wall panels and Lysaught cliplock panelling THEN use AI to alter the look and feel of an exported 2D image out of Morpholio. Going directly into MJ and SD method has been too hit and miss, trail and error for me for designing a house concept with a specific floor plan in mind and especially poor for home extensions to a pre existing building. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
I do want to try it out in blender but I need to set aside some time for that. I think you are in the right direction with how you are thinking about this. I will have to try it all out!
