My cofounder and I come from the world of audio engineering. We're working on some combo saunas now with infrared + traditional. The more we learn, the more we compare traditional sauna to the 'Subs'. It can pretty much go anywhere, but the lower the better. The energy is powerful and will be transferred. Infrared is like stage lighting. You need a direct line of sight for any benefits. Is that the right way to think about it?
One person probably heats up faster and sweats faster because its smaller with more coverage. I got the 2-person just in case I want to go in with a future wife but it would still be a tight fit
