Your living room turned out beautifully! We live in a small, 1938 cottage and the living room is small but it has a front door and 3 other openings, so furniture placement is like fitting puzzle pieces together!

Hello, the changes you've made are very pretty and warmly inviting, great job. Bet you're enjoying the new look😊. I worked in floristry for a period and always have a picking garden for our home, and thought this tip might be helpful: remove all greenery below the water line in your vase to stop clouding and lengthen the life of your florals/ greenery. I used multiflora rose stems for the greenery here, so I originally was pulling off the leaves, but after I poked myself a dozen times I quit haha BUT I didn’t know it would lengthen the life of my stems! Good morning! I so enjoy watching you. Your patience in decorating inspires me :) It's okay to not have everything exactly how you want it to be! There is something very satisfying about taking your time, finding the right thing at the right price and making it home. You really do inspire me to do just that! I appreciate your "real" life vlog. I love to thrift, a lot of my home decor is thrifted, yard sale or antique store finds. Lately, my thrift stores have not had much ~ but it's okay, I'm pretty content with my home.

Small changes can make such a difference and it’s as easy as moving a few pieces of furniture around. I just love the green stems and Queen Anne’s lace you brought inside. I have the green velvet drapes in my LR too! What I did was put my cream sheers in the center of the pole between the velvet drapes - I have them show more in spring/summer, and close the drapes more in fall and winter. Love that drop leaf table, I've been looking for one for years in my area! Some great ideas here.
