Some lighthearted fun facts to bring a little levity to these kinda heavy couple episodes: - Tiger and Magne are both trans, Tiger being full op female to male, and Magne being non op male to female - Bakugo canonically enjoys, and is good at cooking. In an official live action skit he even gives a lunch he made to Uraraka after they take a cooking class together, and she says it's delicious 👀 - According to the light novel series, Bakugo and Todoroki are both afraid of ghosts, and creepy scenarios like this test of courage do actually scare them, even though they don't outwardly show it much
How you guys reacted to this episode, is exactly how I thought y’all would. I’ve always said that if new watchers of the show can make it to this very episode and have the same reaction, then they will love the rest of the show.
I’ve gotten used to watching the “My Hero” episode by now (thanks to lots of reaction watching, lol!). But generally this episode terrifies me because Deku nearly died here. It was PAINFUL seeing him struggling like he was. And (at this point) Muscular was an almost-extinction level Villain for him. Hearing him apologize to his Mom and All Might (his “dad,” I will not be taking questions! 😂) just about broke me! But him coming out on top was a triumph!
When Deku said I’m sorry mom.. heartbreak and tears with the music in the bg… Ugly sobbing 😭😭😭 Also what chu mean transformer One was bad??!! It was better then the last 2 Micheal bay ones 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️

Always felt like Horikoshi took a page out of Spider-Man's book here with Deku getting crushed beneath muscular. I'm _always_ reminded of one of the Amazing Spider-Man comics, where Peter is trapped under a collapsed building. From the panel where Peter lifts the building; "And then-- As the agonizing ache in his limbs seems unendurable-- As his superbly muscled body suffers the torment of a virtually indescribable ordeal-- From out of the pain-- From out of the agony-- Comes triump!"
That image at the end of the episode of deku standing is one of the best shots in this show that episode will forever be a top 3 🔥🔥

S3 episode 4 is the reason I started watching MHA and stuck with it. I saw a clip of that fight and it moved me. That ending shot of deku just HITS!
