Next time we are hanging out I can install it if youd like. Figured out how to avoid breaking those tabs (after i broke one side lol) its one of those installs that make alot of sense afterwards. Ill also have the install video sometime next week or week afterwards too that show it in more detail
Blind spots are a problem. The fix is simple. Go to you favorite auto parts store and buy blind spot mirrors for about $8. Stick them on your existing mirrors. Problem solved. Cheers!
Hey Mark thanks for your reply. While there are ways optimize your side mirrors with proper placement and not having the side of a C8 in view, some drivers do prefer having that frame of reference. And the wide angle mirror can help improve it in those situations.

the blind spots are why i had to get into a 2lt or 3lt when picking my c8. I needed the blind spot monitor sensors to help when driving
Some of us can only afford a 1LT in a C8 Corvette so thats why these wide angle mirrors are a Godsend !!! ;) Lol

If you use your rear view camera right then you will be just fine

Great video, I’ve had these mirrors for months and haven’t installed yet.
Its a good install, id definitely be careful when undoing the top cap. Theres certain plastic tabs that can break easily

I put these on every vehicle I own, my company fleet vehicle as well.

Cool little mod but, to be truthful, if you adjust your mirrors properly in the first place, this is a non-issue. Never had a problem.

I disagree lol I’ve owned a lot of sports cars and the c8 has GARBAGE rear visibility regardless of how you position your mirrors.
Still with the blid spot warning is not easy
