If we are selecting "accept and move upward" , then we are paying fees in TFC center. After 2 days, we are getting better college, in this scenario. What will happen to the fees and certificate we paid and submitted in TFC center?? Should we need to collect those fees from TFC and pay in the college?? or the fees and certificates will be sent to the college directly by TFC center.
