Tya is right as an athlete if you really want it you push through whatever problems you got going on the physical and mental. The girls will either get it right or get tired or running and quit. If you have to quit that means you didn’t push yourself hard enough to get it right. Being on a team is a privilege not a right. 🤷🏾♀️

I was just about to say the same thing regarding Phoebe. Girl has been bullied and under the microscope since day one. I don’t care what they say. She’s a teenager that came to them with low self confidence and calling her out every time just ain’t working. She’s obviously out of her comfort zone and has shown up every day. Hell, I would have not come back if I was treated the way she has been.
I feel bad for London sometimes cause I really don’t think she knows what they mean by Be tight. I see her trying and nobody is really explaining to her. If she’s off beat, tell her that. But yelling BE TIGHT, GET IT TOGETHER…. Doesn’t seem to be fixing it
I thought the very same thing, it's not always so easy to know your positions and movements are not exactly as they should be. For years my hair was always cut shorter on one side than the other because what felt like my head being held straight appears to be slightly off... Someone then positioned my head and I looked in the mirror... It felt like my head was clicked to one side... I then held my head straight looked inthe mirror and it was clocked to one side lol... Muscle memory can only work if the memory its learning is correct. Someone working one to one to show tight... Encourage them to feel it and understand the difference will work better than shouting tighten up continuously. When the girl working with Phoebe explained to think of it as motion, motion, motion... This strategy seemed to work quickly with her. We all learn differently. Phoebe your confidence is holding you back but I think you have it as you are still there. I wouldn't have been able to handle all that shouting... I'm a mouse and I would have ran for cover.
Well I'm new to this world entirely and in the UK too. But I always enjoy new experiences even if over TH-cam. I look at things differently than whether they should know because they've done it before. As they grow their body structures change. Any level of hypermobility in their joints can cause issues in them thinking they are positioning different to what they are. Not that I'm saying this is the case, it could also be down to the child not stretching appropriately too, warming up, level of fitness. But as a cheer squad they need to be fit, and able to hold positions and be tight. Sometimes I don't actually see what is not tight myself but I wonder if that's more to do with the cut of the finished video. I liked seeing all the eating lunch together and having fun with the coaches... It shows a balance.

As someone who was bullied, by peers and by adults, I do not see their coaching tactics as bullying. Now I may not personally agree with every thing that is said, or how it is done, but they're the coaches of JCE, not me. Y'all Phoebe is not a baby. She is a cheerleader on a cheer team. She continues to show up to practices daily (so there is some part of her that wants this). The coaches are trying to give Phoebe the chance to become a better cheerleader. Of course coaches are going to COACH HER through corrections. I would feel some kind of way if they didn't call her out. Also, let's keep in mind that we only see on average about 30 minutes of a, what, 2 hour+ practice? It's clear that these coaches care about the girls, Phoebe included. Every coach has their own coaching style. I don't think it's fair to label them as bullies for simply doing their job.
Phoebe and London need to find a little bop like the young lady with the butterfly locs. The rhythm is there just gotta find a groove that fits for them. Just don’t let it be overpowering. And for breakfast in the morning, make sure it’s healthy and not too heavy. Try to stay away from sugery foods and more protein foods like bananas

With all due respect…This season(is when it started) the way Trina gets on the girls vs the way all of the other coaches gets on the girls Is obnoxious. I remember when she use to critique the girls and add her inputs and I get it (the talk about being more vocal) but now she’s just yelling, saying and doing way too much and it’s so disrespectful. You got the gist of coaching, however stand down a bit and be a little more observant of the way coach T and Coach Tia get on the girls. Don’t be reckless we see you! We’ve been seeing you for years.
How much do parents pay for these girls to be on this team? Y’all tired of yelling and some of us are tired of hearing y’all bully and yell at the same girls. I get it, some just aren’t meant to cheer so why not cut them and give the parents back their money. Or has money become apart of the problem?

y'all do realize this was shot in july? Phoebe and a lot of the girls that mess and have never cheered a day in their lives are just now starting out you can't wake up and automatically know how to cheer etc, she was in her learning stage. London was on season 2 so she should know what is up

With all due respect…This season(is when it started) the way Trina gets on the girls vs the way all of the other coaches gets on the girls Is obnoxious. I remember when she use to critique the girls and add her inputs and I get it (the talk about being more vocal) but now she’s just yelling, saying and doing way too much and it’s so disrespectful. You got the gist of coaching, however stand down a bit and be a little more observant of the way coach T and Coach Tia get on the girls. Don’t be reckless we see you! We’ve been seeing you for years.
How much do parents pay for these girls to be on this team? Y’all tired of yelling and some of us are tired of hearing y’all bully and yell at the same girls. I get it, some just aren’t meant to cheer so why not cut them and give the parents back their money. Or has money become apart of the problem?
