Segregation of asset group based on audiences are also a good strategy where the products or services are few in number. Putting same audience for different products causes overlap making it more difficult for campaigns to perform, Same like any other ads only 1 asset group goes into auction.
Extremely useful. BUT... For setting the Target ROAS, you didn't take into account the conversion lag which can be very complicated to calculate manually in some industries (e.g. gaming).
If getting a high cost per conversion for a ‘book a call’ ultimately leading to a high ticket offer, it becomes hard to get this many conversions for someone with an affordable budget for a small business. Would you recommend a lead magnet to gather conversions instead to allow Google to learn who the target customers are?
Absolutely! Introducing a lead magnet to gather conversions can be a smart move. It not only makes it more affordable for a small business but also helps Google understand and target your audience better. Need more insights? Contact me anytime
Aaron, great videos have helped me alot. I have a question RE: the test you talk about at 2:20s in this video. Can you give us a few basic metrics of what you were dealing with, i.e. impressions/CPC/AOS? did you get inquiries that did'nt convert? I am in a similar situation and was hoping to try and get a feel for how ground breaking that 1st sale was for you?
Hi Aaron, I've been following your TH-cam channel and wanted to express my gratitude for the valuable content you share. Your insights have been immensely helpful in navigating the early stages of my Google Ads journey. I recently launched my first campaign on January 8th in the maternity clothes e-commerce niche, based here in Australia. Given the limited data available at this point, I was wondering if you could recommend specific videos from your content that would be most beneficial for someone in my position. I'm eager to optimize my maximise clicks campaign and make the most out of the platform. Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide, and keep up the fantastic work!
I sell furniture online (quite expensive) and I hardly generate sales with Google ads (but with facebook ads I generate good sales). What campaign(s) type do you recommend me to start with? Knowing that I have only few conversions generated with my brand search campaign...
Performance Max slowdowns can occur due to audience exhaustion or ad fatigue. To address this, consider refining targeting and creatives. Stay tuned for a video on breaking up asset groups. Any questions? Reach out!

I have more then 500 conversion in my google ads account. But my question is, when I will use for exampe 500 euros daybudget, is it better to put the whole budget in a google max campaign or to put 120 in google max + 120 in CPA (Keyword open) + 120 in competitor keyword + 120 in CPC keyword. I get in google max campaign conversions, but what would be longterm the better way. Concentrate the money in google max or many different campaigns?
With 500 conversions, consolidating the budget into Google Max campaigns is often efficient for simplified management. However, diversifying across strategic campaigns like CPA, competitor, and CPC can provide long-term stability and insights. Balance based on performance, and feel free to contact me for personalized guidance.
Your own campaigns? Everyone told me (new agency) that running google ads for an agency was horrible idea and I was like huh but I’m better at it. It scared me off it but now I’m wondering…
I launched Google ads, but successful. I have launched the maximum conversion. Now I want to change the maximum conversion per click. What do I need for this? Could you give me some advice, please. Thank you very much in advance.
If auto-applying Google's recommendations isn't aligning with your strategy or goals, feel free to turn it off. Tailor optimizations based on your business needs. Any uncertainties or questions, reach out for personalized advice.
For a fresh Standard Shopping campaign, kick off with Manual CPC. It provides better control over bids, letting you fine-tune your strategy. As you gather data, consider transitioning to Maximize Clicks. Any more questions? Feel free to reach out!
You putting this up for free is actually clutch - praise to you

Could you show your studio setup, how you record and edit videos? Talking head videos and the screen share videos?

Aaron, why my search campaign does not show eligible pictures? I can't even compete with organic search that has pictures
Do you check your today's date?

You might actually want to try a Demand-Gen campaign.
Why would a performance max campaign slow down on spend? And can you do a video on breaking up asset groups as you mentioned?

Google reps gave me a call last month and asked me to turn on the auto-apply for the recommendation. Should I just turn it off? 😅
