It’s made by a female OBGYN so it is safe. Trust me when I say, you can get a good workout or go camping for a couple of days after Lume’ (the cream, not the stick) application down below & you will not smell anything. After. The suppositories should be the very last step before bed. And soap won’t affect it because soap is used externally. It should never be placed in the lady goods lol the suppositories will be placed inside :)
I would say only when you feel you need it. Max a week of consistent use. I find them to be helpful directly after my menstrual cycle finished. Sometimes I'll use it only one time and I'm good. So it depends. But don't use them consistently every day for more than a week.

I was worried because I had it in overnight and I didn't have any discharge or anything and I could've still feel it and I thought I didn't push it in deep enough then when I tried it was already breaking down so I left it alone. And the second time was better I guess my body just doesn't discharge while using it for some reason. But I'm okay thanks for responding I was freaking out that next morning waking up lol 😂
