How to cook JACKFRUIT.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams raw jackfruit fresh or frozen, chopped rinse well
cooking oil
700 ml. coconut milk
1 onion, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
thumb-size ginger, julienned
pinch of chilli flakes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp curry powder
2 pcs. pandan leaves
1 tsp chicken powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar.
