So glad to see the old man back on our screen. This guy was instrumental in the british fight promo game. Wht he hasn't been given a knighthood, heaven only knows :P
mayweather pacman certainly did not happen at the right time, it happened when manny was long gone from his best, beaten any number of times, prime example of a fight held way too long to the point where it was meaningless by the time it happened and we will never know what a prime pacman vs a prime mayweather would have looked like.
Klitschko said no to Deontay Wilder. Tyson Fury said no to Wilder. He said I won't fight a basketball player. Anthony Joshua said no because you're a champion but not on my level, but Joshua fought old Klitschko received belt then fights Joseph Parker lmao and recieves another belt enuff said.
This guy really said Wilder is "making a mistake" by fighting Ortiz. Wilder is gonna fight a top level fighter, in order to continue to try and prove he is the best. By him saying that, it tells me all I need to know about Businessman Joshua and his team. Get ready for Mayweather on steroids(no drug use accusations intended for the slow ones out there).
Let's be fair, it was only the last part of Floyd's career where he was was more "selective", he fought all comers in his younger years, never took an easy route. Shit, even the last part of his career had him fighting Canelo, Cotto, Maidana, Manny Pacquiao...lol. Even Mosley was coming off a win destroying Margarito. Floyd was about business but he took a lot of hard fights over his long career too, especially on the way up. Anyway enough about Floyd, i think Wilder taking on ortiz should be commended, it's a voluntary. I do think from a business perspective, he was a bit stupid not to take the Whyte fight for much more money but he really needs a proper test. Whyte couldn't even beat a shot Chisora without a gift decision.
Name one single top prime undrained boxer Floyd fought even during his younger years. All the names you've been brainwashed to believe are lies. Manfredy was at the end. Corrales had the fever all of fight week and his fitness coach tried to "starve the fever" which he claims was the biggest mistake of his career as a fitness coach. Corrales was a walking dead man on fight night. Castillo is probably the closest Floyd ever came to fighting a prime top fighter and he beat Floyd the first fight even though Castillo had been knocked out multiple times prior to fighting Floyd and was never an actual elite boxer. So who else you got? Canelo was drained. Marquez pulled up 10 pounds and Floyd still missed weight. Maidana was not an elite boxer and Floyd paid him off not to use Everlast MX gloves. Ironically the only top prime undrained athlete Floyd has ever fought is Conor Mcgregor LOL, and he obviously isn't a boxer. So why are you wasting your time defending this guy? There are plenty of boxers out there to be a fan of. Why are you fixated on Floyd of all people? What did he ever give you besides cherry picked fights where he tried to avoid exchanges as much as possible?
Architect dude, you talk as if Wilder has just arrived on the scene??? He was around for years yet never once fancied taking on old Vlad Klitschko - Joshua on the other hand went straight in there. I get you have a favourite, but don't let it blind you to reality.
Here is a tip for you when you are interviewing someone try giving him the mic so the audience can hear him. Remember the idea is for the audience to be able to hear not just yourself. Again I am no professional but I’m pretty sure that’s how it should work.
(("when you accept less than you are worth, that's what people are going to keep offering you." - Luwic Ajayi)) the dude is champion ... 1o. Leo Spinks who beat Muhammad Ali and took that belt from him never complain that he had only 7 pro fights then ... there was no case of how many fights an inactive for more than a year, 41 years old man WK (and washed up by TF) when WK fought AJ ... why you have to put that sdo called "how many fights" if not duck? ... as a champion you may compete at that level ... champion fighting to guys that would prove at any moment that they are the best out side there ... 2o. AJ became champion by beating Martin the champion by default ... rules say that you take belts from a belt holder or if that belt is free, you beat the No.1 ranked to claim the belt ... WK wasnt nothing of that two conditions ... Ortiz was the No.1 at the wba ... even if AJ is now wba champion as well, he never fight ortiz ... so on Wilder's and Parker's eyes, AJ isnt that unified champion ... he must prove it ... 50/50 is fair ... Now that Wilder take the Ortiz fight as a voluntary fight, win or lose, i commend him for that ... when i know AJ was avoiding King Kong ... AJ, HEARNS and ALL THE TEAM MUST STOP MAKING EXCUSES ... NO MORE ... ENOUGH ARE ENOUGH!
Dit9essa That's why after the WK fight he had to fight Povetkin / Takham to cement the IBF belt, after the parker fight he will more than likely have to fight the WBA mando to satisfy that but beat WK for that so consider him champ. Wilder has only ever fought 1 mando in how many of his championship fights....... yeh sod all yet he wants 50/50. The dude is dreaming, the reason they want a higher split is to satisfy Wilders huge greedy team, no wonder wilder only gets small purses!
+Adewale M that's funny, I wonder if wilders team shares the same sentiment now they are supposed to be negotiations. Or maybe they will price themselves out again? Joshua literally asked wilders team to send an offer over of they were serious. that was last year. where's wilders team with this offer?
they keep mentioning this "15 stone" weight issue like it matters. Wilder destroys the roid bodybuilder with a glancing blow. Saved by ref vs Takam. Rocked by Whyte. Dropped by Klitschko. BOMB SQUAD.
If Wilder knows his value will go up after he beats Ortiz he might do to Ortiz what he did to stirvern in the second fight except in 3-4 rounds and if he does, what will they say about wilder, if Wilder fucks around and start drawing too much attention AJ might be the one having to come to terms with Wilder, but Wilder don't duck it would be against his character and very noticeable
Barry Hearn is one of if not the biggest sports promoter on the planet boxing is just a small part of his portfolio. So for all the knockers out there do your research. Plus he’s an Essex boy which is good. At the end of the day it’s a business. They don’t get to emotionally involved. A very clever man who came from nothing. Respect ✊
Refreshing to see something calm and open and level headed in all this TH-cam boxing talk. Barry is clearly a businessman, yet also clearly a fan. Why would you want anyone else directing your career? Joshua v Wilder is coming - hopefully for all the belts - and hopefully within 18 months. Kudos Barry.
Barrie getting confused. Called him Carlos Ortez and said Parker hasn't fought anyone when he meant Wilder. Apart from that his analysis is spot on. And he is a clever businessman, and Eddie has clearly inherited his business genes.
Carlos Ortiz is a former lightweight champion in the 60s, and fairly well respected from what i remember (unfortunately lightweight is one of them divisions that gets overlooked, especially in that generation anyway), that being said i understand the confusion. The point i want to make is Barry Hearn has deteriorated badly over the last few years, and this shows it.
so actually what you're saying is you paid a fair price for Charles Martin bought your way out of taccom Klitschko was a little more expensive and Parker's diving for considerably less. but you just can't figure out how to buy off Wilder
All you bumsquard fan boys, got a question for y’all,if Wilder and his promoter want the fight as much as he claim he wants and demanding 50-50 split why can’t he and his promoter make the fight happen and make an offer to AJ and his team? Why should it be AJ and his team be the one to give him his payday?if he’s so desperate to be a unified champion after so many years cherry picking bums let him and his promoter make AJ an irresistible offer.
No Mr Hearn. It’s you that is making that mistake, by underestimating Wilder. Matchroom Boxing has a paper thin talent pool, without Joshua. Matchroom is relying heavily on Sky’s financial backing, however Sky have lost several key sporting events recently, and their arrogance (along with Matchroom’s) is conning the general public into believing everything they say is right, in terms of media output. For example, Sky Sports news (or the app) will not cover news events of boxers who have fought under Frank Warren’s promotion on Boxnation or BT Sport, which is the home of boxing in the UK, not Sky.
Out of interest, how come Deontay wilder highest pay day so far is $1.5m in a country considered the Mecca of boxing with over 250m population. While Joshua highest pay is £25m in a country with 50m population. Does it mean the American boxing audience doesn't think much of him as a boxer? Same audience that made Mayweather a billionaire ....boxers from UK actually go to America to try and earn big money.
How anyone on this can knock Barry Hearn I do not know ! Everything he said was logical and honest. As he said AJ would fight anyone tomorrow but Matchroom are there to make sure their fighters maximise their earnings in what can be a short lived career. Plans are in place but if greedy opponents are unrealistic on their value then other back up plans are in place. Takam being on stand by when Pulev bailed proves that Hearn and Son actually do everything they can to make the show go on !
So if every fighter listened to their marketing manager...we would have one Super fight every 50 years! This is exactly why Wilder has been avoiding danger up until now... his 'Team" are picking the best 'value' fights...
Old man Hearn knows the business and knows his music. Wildin Wilder will get the call he's waiting for when the time is right. Probably after he fights Dillian Whyte.
Exactly, he needs to fight good fighters at some point. It might be his biggest test. But he won't ever become an elite level fighter without pushing himself.
Financially he could have made more v Whyte but what would that do for him in terms of credibility? I really like Whyte but he domestic level. Right now, Wilder really needs a top win and he and his team know it.
Luca Brazi haha yeah if the plum that's fought 31 plus opponents actually fights a decent guy oh he is in Ortiz about bloody time and stop pricing himself out 😂
Luca Brazi your waiting for something that’s never going to happen. Wilder is a paper champion which for people who support him is hard to swallow, you will find out though so at least you will see your wrong and move in with your life.
He speaks well. Oozes experience, not as off the cuff as Eddie. Agree with most of what he said he except the comment about Mayweather vs Pacquiao. That didn’t build the fight, happened way later than it needed to. Maybe it made more money for the promoters but perception wise, people were almost over it.
They don't won't the wilder fight all they keep saying is this that and the other but times running out for the con men hearns they will be forced to make that fight because the public are simply sick and tired of Joshua fighting bums and the heavyweight division hasn't got a lot of choice at the minute so if they want to keep making money from Joshua as I know the greedy bastards do then they will be FORCED TO FIGHT WILDER!
Love It Boxing Wrote it all myself from my all American creative mind. Yup! I’m a Wilder fan..and yourself? Oh wait, judging by your immediate reply I’m guessing you’re a bloody Joshua fan!!!
What belt does was he referring to which makes up the 'fith' Heavyweight world title belt ? Is it the IBO strap that Joshua already holds ? Or the ring magazine belt ? Probably the IBO though I myself regard the ring magazine belt as more credible than the IBO belt which isn't a recognised world championship strap, but I digress...
Hearn said that it's the 1st time 2 undefeated heavyweight champions have fought. Well strictly that may be true but Ali v Frazier 1. Both undefeated, Frazier the current heavyweight champion and Ali had been stripped without fighting so in the eyes of the public he was STILL the man although he didn't actually have the belt. Great fight but one that Ali would most likely have won if he hadn't been banned from boxing from the age of 25 to almost 29. If he'd still been boxing during that period he would in all probability have become better and better at his trade! Let's not forget that as Cassius Clay he was undefeated and no-one even got close to him!!
Parker vs Joshua is defo not the first time two undefeated heavyweight world champions have fought... just off the top of my head i can think of Toney Tucker vs Mike Tyson in the 80's...... i know Tucker had a NC on his record but that doesn't mean he's not undefeated....
+manolows Tucker was a very good fighter, I would love to see him in his prime now he would have destroyed Parker and would have gave Wilder fits plus he had a great chin, top drawer.
1st time in my life seeing Barry Hearns sit down and talk boxing... But he saying the same old same build the money build the brand then fight the tough fights.. Also thank for explaining to the causal in uk. that you cant fight the best every single fight maybe once a year because your building a brand and lack of good heavyweights.. Ali and the like's could do that because boxing had the mob and good legedary gym all across the usa getting country men involved.. boxing was seen as right to passage back then, now computer jobs and clean work lifestyle are see as right to passages for men to be strong among his peers. Btw nice suits
But GGG isba monster? Gtfoh. Wilder had guys fail test knocked out or called out everybody GGG was terified of ward faced a welterweight instead but he is a monster can't KO anybody now that he steooed up in talent. Funny how they are covered so differently fighting the same level of competition.. Wilder has better kos and more kos... Where is Aj if he is a bum? I see wilder asking for the fight every day not AJ he is quiet
If Wilder beats Ortiz and these ayeholes use the split excuse to duck Wilder, it will make Joshua look bad n the eyes of true fans. We want the best possible fights. Seems like instead of negotiating, they'll use excuse to avoid Wilder.
Caoxn Lopez You do realise these are serious business people you are talking about right? What financial gain is there Ducking Wilder....possibly the biggest heavyweight match up at the moment?
Michael Olapoju - 1. Get more money by delaying fight. 2. Keep AJ champ while they wait for Fury 3. Hope Wilder loses or slows down so that AJ fight is easier.
Caoxn Lopez all sensible answers apart from nos3. At the moment Wilder can't even fill a 12000 capacity in his home town of Alabama....so the fight at this time is so not financially beneficial for AJ unless Wilder can accept he is so B side and accept 30percent ofcourse. This is hard sport is a business my friend....if AJ can fight Takam or any other relative unknown, fill 60000 stadium, on PPV and take home 15million pounds(which by the way is more than Wilder made in his last 20 fights)....then why should he fight Wilder who thinks he deserves 50percent? Wilder needs to build his popularity and that will mean fighting someone British thats worthy of note cause you have to agree the money is in the UK at the money. Let's face it your US wba champion has never made PPV, not known in his own country and b4 Ortiz fight never made 1million dollars for a fight!!! He doesn't even have 1 single Coorporation put their brand on him in sponsorship! So whether he can beat AJ or not is out of the question here to be honest....you can only find that out in the ring when the business side of the fight is made! But in my honest professional opinion as an ex boxer....hmmm..AJ will slap him around the ring and knock him cold within 3 rounds trust me! They are worlds apart in core strength, skills, stamina, ring intelligence and mentality......
This ducking jibes are just lame to be honest....if Wilder is so confident he should accept the offer on the table and accept he is B side with absolutely no power in negotiations else he will be sidelined as 'no good business' it's as simple as that. And if he wins he becomes the A side! What fans don't see is that all Wilder is after is a big pay day.....retirement money. Make money he hasn't seen in all his 40 fights in one night but it doesn't work like that!!
The entire Universe should stop revolving around the USA. Joshua, GGG, Kovalev etc etc should defend their well earned belts in front of their home fans that have supported them all these years. The money will follow.
The Hearns are liars, but they are the reason AJ is making great money. Everything is business with them. Honestly Wilder needs someone like them to promote him.
Wilder is making a mistake because he's not doing what his opponents camp wants him to do ?? Makes no sense. You all talk as if Hearn has Wilders' best interests at heart. NOT !! I'm glad DW has enough common sense to carefully make his own decisions and not be pressured by what's being said on social media.
"WILDER MAKING A MISTAKE" IN THE BACK OF THIS GUYS HEAD ANTHONY DUCKED(CHOOSE NOT TO FIGHT ORTIZ) SO IF WILDER KOS HIM EARLY IT TAKES A BIT OF CONTROL AWAY
Ali Frazier was the first time that two undefeated world champions fought for the title. I doubt that the alphabet soup of organizations qualifies Joshua and Parker as world champions in the same context.
Barry overselling a little, perhaps? Joshua-Wilder -- the first time two undefeated heavyweight champions have met? How about Frazier-Ali in 1971? On an infinitely higher plane in terms of past records, ability, public interest -- imo
Z Space Consulting Yes he will because Ortiz doesn't have quick enough feet and he's been hit by rights from lesser opponents... Wilder will use his range and speed.
Z Space Consulting That's the problem..Wilder has been pressured before and still managed to ko the opponent because 1. Wilder is constantly on the move and doesn't allow opponents to tee off on him. 2. Pressuring a bigger, younger opponent who has the speed, power, and stamina advantage is likely doomed for failure. 3. Wilder is a much better boxer than critics think. Even Ortiz admitted that Wilder is dangerous and will be difficult to box, something Povetkin also admitted... Ortiz is the underdog in this one, sir.
We all know Joshua is a money maker but he simply hit the lottery being born where he was born. If the shoe was on the other foot Wilder would be the money maker. Joshua is simply lucky he is I a region where they support their boxers no matter what. Money will be a ducking tactic and fans shouldn't stand for it.
If joshua was born in wilder shoes he would still be a big draw. He takes chance's. The biggest risk wilder ever took is now against ortiz. And that guy is nearly 40. That says it all especially after like 40 fights. Come on Bro. Wilder needs to grow a pair.
definitely the wrong fight for Wilder, Ortiz is TOO hungry, he's been wanting fights of this magnitude, they've been avoiding him. BUT, If wilder DOES beat Ortiz, we'll have to give him his due credit and finally say he HAS beat somebody worth mentioning, making that Joshua fight huuuggeee, should Joshua get through Parker, which should be a walk in the park for AJ.
I'll tell you something for nothing. If Joshua goes to fight in America I ain't fucking staying up for that shit and I certainly ain't paying for that shit either. I'll catch it for free on youtube the very next day. HOWEVER, if it stays in the UK then I will definitely pay to watch it live. Just saying.
Stats have it AJ worth $22 mil and Wilder $16 mil so Wilder's also a rich man. Of course money does play a huge part for The Bronze Bomber wanting to fight AJ. However, I believe he more wants to prove he's the best heavyweight and thus boxer on the planet, and claim all the belts. He needs to beat Ortiz first though.
Barry Hearn talks a lot of sense...agree with everything he said.
Wilder has a fight on his hands, may the BEST man WIN!
Wilder has no technical skill and was easily less experienced than everyone he's fought, yet he is arguably the most gifted fighter since Ali. #Facts
Barry Hearn : We used to be SLAVE-OWNERS.
So glad to see the old man back on our screen.
This guy was instrumental in the british fight promo game.
Wht he hasn't been given a knighthood, heaven only knows :P
So Wilder has no good fighters on his record... everyone complains. He steps up to fight Ortiz, he's making a mistake 🙄🙄 stop making excuses
Straight talking fellah. Watch and learn Americans.
mayweather pacman certainly did not happen at the right time, it happened when manny was long gone from his best, beaten any number of times, prime example of a fight held way too long to the point where it was meaningless by the time it happened and we will never know what a prime pacman vs a prime mayweather would have looked like.
necaacen i was thinking the same. Barry hearn throughout sounds like he’s clueless when it comes to boxing.
He said it came 4 years to late if you take the cotton wool out of your ears!
he said they did it at the right time, tho it could have happened 4 years before. So.....

Josh will knock wild swinging wilder clean spark out
John Baker lmao no he won't
Rodger Morrison - if he throws those wild reach around flails- he goes down hard!!
Wilder about to show everyone the truth ! Wilder is on a mission to be the best , the rest can't say that or accept any fight ! Only Wilder !
Rodger Morrison - there’s only one Tyson fury 🤐
blimey Barry whos Carlos Ortez? lol
haha
i was thinking the exact same thing XD
Luis' step brother?

Joshua will fight Povetkin at vegas after Parker in September. Wilder in 2019

Who is Carlos Ortiz Bazza? Haha
BillyCBoxingFan right wtf im over here dying 😂😂😂
Because he just got done talking about Carlos Takam LOL.
Ortiz has so many passports different names different ages it's difficult to keep track of all his alias
LMAO
Just goes to show, Barry’s still THE man.
Cannot wait for everyone to run out and call Ortiz a bum after Wilder KO's him. We see through you lames.
Barry Hearn... Smooth operator.

Olasunkanmi Lakerz did you even watch this video?
Olasunkanmi Lakerz theyre retards theres no reasoning of facts with then
They made AJ an £80,000,000 offer and he refused...
How this man determines Wilder's value? Man, oh man.
Wilder and Al already made this guy look stupid.
No Mr Hearn. It’s you that is making that mistake, by underestimating Wilder. Matchroom Boxing has a paper thin talent pool, without Joshua. The music? Where was Barry Hearn interviewed ... In the 1920s?
Interesting to hear this...
2:45 wrong. Mike Tyson and Michael Spinks were both undefeated when they fought each other in 1988.
Wilder beats Ortiz.Too fast too athletic.
Ducking at its finest Statements contradicting himself you’re crazy if you don’t see them
wilder will ko ortiz
So if every fighter listened to their marketing manager...we would have one Super fight every 50 years! This is exactly why Wilder has been avoiding danger up until now... his 'Team" are picking the best 'value' fights...
Agree with Barry Hearn, should Joshua and Wilder win their next fights, they should wait it out and let it build for 2019.
Carlos ortiz lmao
Micheal Murphy ORTEZ and all lol
Jonathan Williams lol he dont have a clue do he hahahaha
Old man Hearn knows the business and knows his music. Wildin Wilder will get the call he's waiting for when the time is right. Probably after he fights Dillian Whyte.
Barry Hearn is even slimier than Adam Smith.
"I don't mind exaggeration, I'm a promoter" 😂
Yes fam
Hearn makes sense. I bet he could broker any deal - I've gotta script, Barry!
Ortiz is good but I don’t think wilder is making a mistake
Exactly, he needs to fight good fighters at some point. It might be his biggest test. But he won't ever become an elite level fighter without pushing himself.
Financially he could have made more v Whyte but what would that do for him in terms of credibility? I really like Whyte but he domestic level. Right now, Wilder really needs a top win and he and his team know it.
Lenny Henry exactly plus he is undefeated also that goes a long way
No mistake, this is what he needs to get what he wants. Path is correct.
I can't wait for Wilder to finish Ortiz and Joshua🥊😤
Luca Brazi I'm waiting for snow in Kalahari desert hey seems we got lot of waiting 2 do.. basically I don't see wilder beating aj and Ortiz
Luca Brazi haha yeah if the plum that's fought 31 plus opponents actually fights a decent guy oh he is in Ortiz about bloody time and stop pricing himself out 😂
Clive Cube When it happens, you casuals just remember how we tried to tell you. Wilder is knocking out ALL heavyweights and Barry knows this.
DFW Boxing is Back they've been warned.......... now they will weep 😂.
AND YOU WERE WRONG....WILDER REIGNS
Why is the reporter talking in slow motion it's painful I thought something was wrong with my phone why is he talking so slow
Ali And Frazier Were Both Unbeaten Heavyweights When They Fought At Madison Square Garden.
As he sips his spot of tea’-stuffy British accent
Bruce Banter great comment did you make that up youself or did someone write it for you gotta be a wilder fan with that comment.
Love It Boxing Wrote it all myself from my all American creative mind. Yup! I’m a Wilder fan..and yourself? Oh wait, judging by your immediate reply I’m guessing you’re a bloody Joshua fan!!!
Love It Boxing Where exactly was the rhyme within my comment dipshit? Lol
Bruce Banter ha ha I didn't say you did if you read my comment but you have proved the iliterate comment 😂😂😂😂say no more lol
Love It Boxing Obviously you should word your comments a bit more efficiently, they wouldn’t be taken out of context so easily. 🤣🤣
Let's not forget that as Cassius Clay he was undefeated and no-one even got close to him!!
well explained
Parker vs Joshua is defo not the first time two undefeated heavyweight world champions have fought...
just off the top of my head i can think of Toney Tucker vs Mike Tyson in the 80's......
i know Tucker had a NC on his record but that doesn't mean he's not undefeated....
+manolows Tucker was a very good fighter, I would love to see him in his prime now he would have destroyed Parker and would have gave Wilder fits plus he had a great chin, top drawer.
Hey Barry, BEAT IT AND EAT IT!!!!
Blau blau blau blau
I like deontay wilder but he needs to get through Ortiz first can't underate Ortiz
Parker could not even get rid of hughie fury Joshua has picked the easy option. Wilder can windmill for 12 rounds to Joshua’s 1 round
Claire Smith seriously 😂😂😂😂😂
Five years ago maybe, now not so much. Cuban years must equal dog years.
Joshua vs Parker is not the first tome heavyweight champions fight each other for the first time.... that was Fight of Century Ali vs Frazier 1
AMITUTE CARRER DONT MEAN SHIT AT PRO LEVEL ALL THE TIME ORTIZ IS NOT SPECIAL HES JUST REALLY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES WILDER SPECIAL
Clearly it wasnt a huge mistake!!! Wilder got the job done and his stock raised immensely. Your wrong Barry.
Top geezer!
Wilder is poor. His record of opponents is a total disgrace! Champion?! Haha..big joke
At last someone talking sense
I don't think he's a disgrace, rather the opposite, but yeah, his resume is lackluster to say the least. I don't see him beating King Kong.
UYA Wilder is the hardest hitter that ever lived, everyone with sense won't fight him so, he fights idiots like you.
Agreed bro
Let's not bring your parents into this buddy
Michael Olapoju - There’s no offer on any table.
Do your homework then reply, I’m not here to educate you.
It will be good for boxing if Wilder beats Ortiz because Joshua v Wilder will be a massive event.
Wilder will knock Joshua out. Joshua is the more technically skilled boxer, but he can't take Wilder's right hand. No way. He'll sleep.
Sounds like Barry don't want anything to do with Fury.. the public could demand it though.
This is why boxing sucks. The best duck the best. Hardly do they fight each other in their prime
Running from Fury because he knows he would kill the cash cow.
Wilder destroys Ortiz. Ortiz is old and lazy.
Ortiz is going to spank Wilder. Facts. Ortiz don't speak English, but his cold Cuban eyes say it all.
WaLLaBEE Boxing None of that will matter when Wilder hits him with that right.
WaLLaBEE Boxing Ortiz has "Cuba" boxing skills
Demetrius L. Flagg exactly. Deontay got one dimension. right hand. Thats not going to be enough
The result between wilder and Ortiz ... we will be able to measure how good Wilder is ... by this fight...
Drink More Water OMG thank you so much sir! Finally, a voice of reason
fairplaybox You're wasting your keystrokes trying to reason with these morons.
If joshua was born in wilder shoes he would still be a big draw. He takes chance's. The biggest risk wilder ever took is now against ortiz. And that guy is nearly 40. That says it all especially after like 40 fights. Come on Bro. Wilder needs to grow a pair.
fairplaybox 100% spot on!
Drink More Water facts bro
carlos ortiz is almost as bad as frank saying the other day 'Billy Joe Saunders is an Underfighted Feater' :-D
"he's making a huge mistake fighting carlos ortiz" lolololol doesn't even know his name
Showing his age!
Ali vFrazier 1 first time two HW champs fought each other 1971
definitely the wrong fight for Wilder, Ortiz is TOO hungry, he's been wanting fights of this magnitude, they've been avoiding him.
I like Barry great business man knows how to make 💷💷💷
AJUICE keep running!!
WILDER CAN KO THIS GUY EARLY IF HES STUDIOUS
Stats have it AJ worth $22 mil and Wilder $16 mil so Wilder's also a rich man. Of course money does play a huge part for The Bronze Bomber wanting to fight AJ. However, I believe he more wants to prove he's the best heavyweight and thus boxer on the planet, and claim all the belts. He needs to beat Ortiz first though.
