I'm glad you touched on the mental aspect of this. It's likely he could play again physically but this may impact him way longer mentally. I know the resources are there due to his celebrity but even with all that he may not want to play again. How does this impact LeBron, this might make him want to retire not for his own safety but because it was a quick realization that life can end at any time to anyone and might want to prioritize family. I just hope everyone involved can heal 100% from this.
