i can relate to first time crashes but if they haven't learned their lesson of the gacha not being their freind and still pulling with high expectations then i can't relate when they fail and rage because the gacha rightly didn't give them what they wanted. the best thing to do is expect every pull to be a failure. if you fail the gacha you already expected to if you win well what a lovely surprise. the most you get from failure is mild disappointment
actually in Hoyoverse's other game, Honkai Impact 3rd, that game's JP server has no pity in their normal character banners too. But the servers at the rest of the world have pity.
I mean when other games have Pity at 100 pulls and Select at 300, this is basically no Pity but instead you get to Select a featured P after 200 pulls (each pull on the banner gets you a Dream Medal, and 200 Dream Medals are used to redeem the Select card)

Azuki's gacha role is so elusive, just like how Azuki's streams seem to always pop up for an annoucement when I can't watch them. :( I like get to watch 1 azuki stream per month due to schedule conflicts. :( This gacha reminds me of the pain of trying to get to an azuki stream.

Judging by your comment, I'm assuming you're not well-versed on how Sui-chan's card got temporarily frozen due to pulling Gacha. No shame in it tho, you can always look up "Suisei Gacha" and find a lot of clips, different instances too.
There's no guaranteed pull in the banner in this game. Just rate up for the designated character, but you can get all other SRs as well, and I mean literally every single SRs that has been in the game aside from the limited ones.
