Treble Crochet (UK)

Always start row by chaining 3 then skip those chains. (These chains can count as the first stitch and they skip the first V but I personally think it depends on the stitch you are working - if you miss the first V, you must compensate for it at the end)
Stitch: Yarn over and go into V stitch
yarn over & exit V stitch (so you have 3 loops on your hook)
yarn over & pull through 2 loops ONLY
yarn over & pull through the other 2 loops
