My grandma used to make me cowfoot with butter bean and spinners and she would freeze and defrost but not many Jamaican know and since I don't prepare it myself I missed grandmas way as she used soya milk Rum Evan strawberry syrup if you know of a way similar please post
@@lornapinnock8200 find that cowfoot is really fat but nice also my daddy was not as overly fond of it as he would comment it was to glueey but my grandmothers way I can't repeat as was a particular favourite as I like chewy food it's better for the digestion as I can easily swallow to fast but most people don't as with soya milk and syrup know this type of cowfoot I loved thanks for sharing
