Hey man, I have a question. if you bought this device, can you give information about the image quality. I will use it for old photos, but some say the colours are faded so I wasn't sure. I would appreciate it if you help.
@@fratlal715 Hey there ! The image quality is surprisingly good. I get a few really old faded pics that need help which I transfer to my familiar Paint Shop Pro program. I've had this rig for a few months now and have no complaints at all. Easy to install and easy to run.
This was a very, very helpful and informative video. Especially the stitching demo. Thank you! I've been weighing which scanner to buy, and this is strongly leaning me to the V39 II.
Thank you so much for explaining. Now I understand why my stitched images have black squares. For those reading, according to his explanation, the black squares are unscanned areas. So, you need to scan them if you need them in the image.
Oops! I was accidentally in my husband's account. Can you tell me how to keep the filename numbering continuing rather than starting back at 001 at times (i.e., closing the program)?
How can the error "the process is aborted due to lack of memory" be fixed? I just bought one of these and can't use it because that error keeps showing. Thanks
I just bought one and have to reinstall the software every time,that is crazy.It seems we can only enlarge the image using the arrow below,can we reduce the image?

good question. it seems to default to 200 or 300 dpi, assuming it's a digital copy. for a print, obviously you want 4800

My set up doesn’t continue when I plug in the cable. My only option is cancel.

Unistall every Epson software and start again. Make sure you download the right software from their site.
