U know what would be really cool? A whis animation. Basically when goku gets blown up right before u see the units u hear the double tap of whis' staff and it rewinds back to the pull screen and from there he wins and it should be automatic multi sparking just like god animation from dokkan

No its true, if you get Trunk's animation or Bardock's you are getting a sparking that is new to the game from that banner (ex. Cell or Slug on stepup and Cell, Slug, or Gohan on ticket). The problem Ndukauba had was that he assumed if you dont get those animations then you don't get the new ones, thats not true. If you dont get those summons then you can get anything new or old as you can see.
I believe with the internal app-update it happens a couple of days ago the sparkling rate dropped dramatically, for example, I got cell in my first 100cc, and before get the frebbie I had cell on 2 stars and slug on 3. I did a whole lap and got a couple of SP and cell on 3 stars and slug with 4(no Gohan btw) and trying to do a second round in the step up and now I'm getting screwed with heros and some extreme.
I've done one full rotation so far and the first 2 steps of a second one. So far I've gotten Slug, Cell, GRN Piccolo, IT Goku, Goten and Gohan on both tickets. I'm very happy with my pulls so far.

Let me tell you something that happened today when I was doing the step up summons I collected 1000 crystals with all my hard work I didn't get perfect cell or slug or any sparking unit for that matter but when I got the ticket something awesome happened I got dying namek dragon balls super saiyan I won the battle or it was weave game I can't remember I had large text I pulled and released and goku did INSTANT TRANSMISSION KAMEHAMEHA and my sparking unit was SSJ2 teen gohan I got so happy that I began running around my room screaming yes and crying I had so much luck
