I think your reasons for killing those plants are legit. I’ve killed the Cebu blue twice. It was my favorite plant for a while, but I’m beginning to give up on it. I’m still trying one last time, but it’s looking doubtful. Thanks for sharing!

Pathos, killed. Aloe, killed. Snake plant, killed. All the citrus, peppers, and tomatoes in my yard, you guessed it...killed. My family is so over me trying new plants 🪴

Offed the money plant and a pink splash syngonium by overwatering!

I managed to kill a Sansevieria and my family just laughed at me.
Many years ago I had just learned that coffee grounds was a great addition to a compost heap... And that it made the soil slightly acidic.
Hey, Snake plants need slightly acidic soil...
    *Light bulb moment*
Because I knew it would make the soil acidic I started adding just a bit of coffee grounds from my wife's morning Joe... But I was adding it EVERY DAY...
    EVERY DAY....
The plant died within about 3 months.
Oh... And I don't think the mic in your hand was working.

Yes my mic is fake lol. I don't have the right plug for it so it doesn't work. But OMG I've heard of coffee grounds but have never used them!
