Co-owning a property is the most stupid thing a person can do. Just drawbacks and no advantage.

Fascinating idea! Let's see if it lives up to the hype.

I actually a co_owner in one of the older rosedale co ownership buildings, and they're a gem. They require a large down payment + higher mortgage rate, but they're a steal in terms of price and location. It's an excellent option for those downsizing with a bigger capital. Highly recommend them.

And they have more square footage.

@RZaichkowski Thank you for watching and for this comment! We would like to do more episodes on different ownership options - if you feel comfortable it would be great if you could email me as I’d like to know more about your building editor@movesmartly.com ~ Urmi

That is a real co ownship building. They are rare but good. Like financial coops.

What appreciation? Toronto condos have crashed to 2018 levels. Meanwhile S&P 500 is at all time highs!

Stop interrupting so the other person can finish his thoughts. Let the expert speak… please. The moderator constantly interjects and changes topics before he finishes his thoughts. Paintful to watch also kinda rude. At least let the other person finishes his sentence!

Yeah honestly I noticed this in other videos too. She needs to let Pasalis do like 80-90% of the talking and stop talking so much herself.
