Hey Matt I remember back in the mid 70s . We were about 13 . We would catch the Bus from the suburbs to Downtown Vancouver . We had no Fear and Explored everything we could . Places you wouldn't go today . A few yrs later we bought 35mm Cameras and would take pictures of our Adventures . Just before EXPO 86 they had constructed a Huge indoor Stadium for Soccer and Canadian Football . While this thing was under Construction we were driving around Downtown waiting for a Punk Rock Show at the Smilin Buddah Cabaret . The gate to the Construction Site was open so we drove 2 Cars into the Centerfield and Parked . We took Pictures , had a few Beers and Relaxed . Until the Security Dogs Showed up Snarling . By the time the Guards got there the Dogs were Happy with wagging Tails . We talked our way out and went to see D.O.A. and The Dead Kennedy's as well as Black Flag . A Bunch of other Rarities too . Great Show ! Great Night ! Awesome Memories ! Keep up the Search Matt .
Oooofff. Used to go here twice a week back in the 80’s was called the studio. Cost a fiver to get in. Has changed a lot. The dance floor downstairs was wooden and the dj booth is in the same place. Most of that upstairs has been added as there was a bar and big balcony looking down onto the open dancefloor. There was a labyrinth of corridors upstairs and a room that was completely blacked out… No doubt all kinds if shenanigans went on in there 😅
That mouse did not look underfed. Or at all bothered by your company. He just trundled along. Same 'ol, same 'ol. I admire your determination in completing your mission.
Great work chaps. It's so sad to see my old haunts in such a state. Where you exited was the entrance to a smaller club called Reflections was part of the old Palais.
Hi, just seen this video on Bede St, we grew up in Bede St & lived at No 56. I can remember when them flats at the bottom were all factories & K & W at the other end. I could tell you so many stories about that street alone.
Story of England with the last 15 years or so. Closed nightclub but will be developed into upper middle class apartments. Probably not all solid. Maybe 80% Glad to see you doing this stuff all the time Matt
I see you didn't like the link of the place when it was open. Bit weird, as you could easily see where you were anyway. That was a baby rat btw, too big for a mouse, lol.

Braver than me! I've lived in Leicester my whole life and won't venture around Lees Circle, especially with expensive camera gear.
Haha... we look dodgy in a group... scare the chavs off.
That was a blinder, nothing keeps you out when you're on a mission, always enjoy it when the trusty ladder comes out.
AT LEAST IT STILL HAD POWER.
You guys would make good cat burglars if ever this youtube mlarky goes tits-up😁
Best yest. My hand in my mouth, OMG.
Fantastic explore Matt!
Give us a tune on keyboard lol

This may be a stupid question but why do this explores at night.???

if u change the name to Palais de Danse leicester u will get lots more views. its very well known as that no soiso
Sas style lol
Am glad you werent making stupid noises at night near mine as otherwise something scary would be heading your way lol
