- The price has range but ones for beginners are around 8000+ USD here in Japan. Also there are secondhand ones you could buy much cheaper.
- In Japan, we have some instrument retailers that sell Koto and they also can sell for overseas I think. Could you tell me where do you live now?

If you buy this instrument, I recommed ones with the pegs. It's easier to maintain especially for stringing!

是非弾いてみてください～!!私は多重録音しましたが、箏x2 + パーカッションでも格好良くきまるのでは...と思っています(^^)
This is great but you need to amplify the koto sound (make it closer to the mic or something) and reduce the drum sound. Otherwise great cover!
