I love how Tina is so nonchalant about all the unfinished odds and ends around the house. It feels real and we love to see TH-camrs that are proud of their "imperfections". Thank you for showing us real life rooms with a modest amount of mess. Your DIY projects are super inspiring and fun that you want to keep updating throughout your long, creative life.
Tina, I once saw a woman on TH-cam create a come and go spot in her garage. It had spots for returns, dry cleaning, reusable bags, exchanges, odd recycling, etc. I wondered if you could DIY something like that in your entryway for people who don’t have garages that will accommodate it. Your entryway is one of my favorite episodes. So smart!
If you get a disco ball (or even if you don’t- you could always move your diy) I highly suggest putting it in a room that gets evening light. My mom has a few in her sitting room and every evening as the sun goes down the whole room lights up with white lights (reflections) and it’s so much fun and really a sight to see!
This was so fun to watch eventhough I’ve watched all your room makeovers separately 🙌🏼 also love that you filmed it realistic and didn’t clean up everywhere I feel like that’s just so weird and feels less relatable. We all have areas where stuff accumulates lol. Love the house ♥️

For the chalk wall, I would recommend taking a picture of it, print it out and hang it somewhere in that room! That way you get to keep the cute memory, but can also be more creative with that huge wall
Just add Foggy glass doors to the entrance way closet it will make a beautiful statement and you still able to see a little bit the beautiful DIY and allow it to still be light bright area for sunlight

What a journey! I've watched every video since LA, but there are definitely some projects I forgot about and have to rewatch. I love that you added the 1-year and 6-month updates on some of the "shortcut" upgrades like the beadboard wallpaper and contact paper on the vanity. Most times we never hear about how DIYs hold up so it's so helpful to know!

With the chalk board wall I think you should keep it, and when your hosting or something exciting is happening you can make a "mural" on it, it could really bring a lot of life to the space if you did that

i've never heard it called a "powder bathroom" before. i've heard of "powder room" and "bathroom", but "powder bathroom" seems like an oxymoron. a powder room is a room without a bath, and a bathroom has a bath (which is why if you don't have a bath, it's considered only a "half bath").
That back room beyond the laundry area would be great for a workout room! Just saying 😁

I think you spent $2,500 but I was waaaaay off because clearly I focused on a few rooms 😂☠️. The prints wall is so pretty. That tile design is wild 😲 The design risks were definitely worth it. Maybe you could have people draw caricatures of themselves when they visit or their favourite words😁. The before and after is phenomenal and to think that you've DIYed so much is almost unreal.
