Beautiful stitching as always! I did read It Starts With Us and I liked it. It moved a little slow, but she did a good job tying up all the loose ends from the first book. It think because the first book was so shocking, the second book felt a bit less exciting, but it was a good story. Thanks for sharing your reading and stitching!

Rowling not into her writing at all I don't read her books although she did write up a tv programme Strike I couldn't really get into it was on tv. I have had a look at the link you posted and not a thought to the audience who made her rich in the first place. In the animal kingdom you have birds, insects and so on that are male and change to female depending on the environment so why then would humans be any different we are all linked.

Do u still like the Harry Potter series even though u disagree with her opinions? I think that's ok. We are all different. I feel we just need to be nice and accept our differences. Anyways I always love your stitching and videos. Thanks for sharing. I love to talk about books but it's hard to find a friend that wants to. Do u know what I mean? None of my regular friends are interested in my stitching. They look at me with a blank face. I think that's why I enjoy floss tube so much.
As long as 'being nice' includes respecting trans people's existence and allowing them access to health care and safety. You can read whatever you want, but monetarily supporting HP directly supports a transphobe and her actions to harm trans people.

Some people still enjoy the movies or books but don’t talk about them publicly or support the author, but I don’t get enjoyment out of them anymore because all I can think about is the horrible things she has done. Like I said in the video, it’s a very easy choice for me to choose to support my trans friends and let the HP franchise go.
