@@oldsoulmermaid1543 I had a hard time too! The Graphite was also calling me LOL! I forgot (to say) that the Surreal Tarot is also one of my favs that I don't see very often👍& the Mermaid one is interesting!
Oh Bonnie you reminded me how much I love the surrealist tarot. Thank you so much for playing along with the tag. I loved your decks. That postcard deck is so beautiful. 🥰🧜♀️
Oh YES i'm so glad that Vintage Wisdom made it into this lol - It really needed to be in someone's VR to this tag!!! And yesss the 5c tarot is also perfect for this!
I just got the Surrealist tarot yesterday and, I kid you not, as I was flipping through it I thought "Bonnie Old Soul Mermaid would really appreciate this deck" and then I clicked on this video today! Isn't that crazy? I guess I was right and Im glad you found your way to it. I also love it. It's very deep and intuitive. Thanks for another great video! ❤️
I adore the Surrealist Tarot, it's nice seeing it get some love! My top 3 would be The Lonely Dreamer Tarot, The Circle of Life Tarot and the Ritual Tarot.
Lovely video! Your voice is always so calming :) My top 3 curiosity Decks: Tarot of the North Atlantic - it's a cloth collage deck, with pips that are shells and feathers so it is full of little curiosity finds that you would get from walking along a beach. Tyldwick - this deck is everything for me. Serpent and Peacock Tarot - not the greatest in terms of the quality of the collage work, but it is all based on pictures from Medieval manuscripts and the creatures and people in the pictures the creator chose are just so humorous and tongue in cheek; it's a fabulously interesting deck.
Thank you 🙏! You have some good ones here! I’m familiar with the Tyldwick and I’m hoping that a miracle will happen and there will be another printing of i. The other two you mentioned I’m not familiar with but they sound fantastic! I need to investigate those 😁
It was great seeing your choices for this! The Surrealist Tarot looks so good, thank you for showing it! I'm also a little intrigued by the Tarot of Unknown Shadows. Everytime I see it I think the backs of the 5 cent tarot are perfection (but I'm not in love with the art).
Of the three you mentioned here, I use the Surrealist Tarot the most. There is a lot to love about the Tarot of Unknown Shadows, but I have other decks that compete with it. I know the art of the 5 Cent Tarot is not everyone’s cup of tea…it’s an acquired taste 👅 😉.
@@oldsoulmermaid1543 indeed 😊 For me I got to a point where they all started to look the same and I got bored, so I think I started going WAY beyond what I thought I wanted and there it was
I’m wondering if you have the Lua Tarot? It’s such a beautiful black and white deck. I’d have to grab mine to check, but I believe it has some Victorian artwork. I’m guessing you know of this deck because you have the other decks by Maree Bento, but I’d thought I’d suggest it as a wonderful alternative to the Victorian Tarot. I have both decks myself, and I actually prefer the Lua. I love the card stock and the images are wonderful.
I actually have both editions of the Lua Tarot! It is in heavy rotation in my Tarot library. I think it is actually a good thing that I don’t have the Victorian Tarot because it would languish next to my Lua Tarot. I do love having this little pocket sized Victorian Illustrated deck because it is so portable 😉
What are your top three curiosity decks?
Love these decks, so many fantastic vintage-style decks in your curiosity cabinet. Love it! Thank you so much for sharing with us. :)
Thank you 🙏! My pleasure!
I knew I'd love these! 5 Cent is one of my current loves 💜 have the lavender set
Sometimes too many choices cause a feeble brain like mine to short circuit…I wanted all the colors 😆!

Candy…this was so fun! I had a hard time limiting it to ten (hence the slight cheat 😉). Thank you for creating this fun tag!

5 cent was an anomaly for me. I didn't like it at ALL at first, like, bugs...? But a year or so later it's a favorite.
An acquired taste for some for sure!
