It was like Cross was working for the other side. Luckily, the Judge was firm and stopped this ridiculous witness examination, and stopped the next witness being identified in person (although her name was out there). For folks who don't get it:
The female lawyer here (Anna Cross) is representing Fani and Nathan Wade. The witness (Mr. Bradley) was brought in by Trump's
team to give witness to Fani and Wade's "relationship."
The previous videos pt1-4 were mostly Mr. Bradley refusing to give information to Trump's team that would confirm a relationship between Fanni and Nathan. Mr. Bradley did divulge a few nuggets here-and there but nothing too concrete.
What you see in this video is the female lawyer representing Fani and Nathan prove that Mr. Bradley lied about sexual -assault allegations. The female lawyer also was able to get Mr. Bradley to admit to leaving $20k in an escrow account when he was told to leave the firm, and that $20k was used as hush money. Nathan Wade and Fani Willis set Mr. Bradley up with this information and the female lawyer used it to crush any credibility he had that Trump's team may use. @10:38 BOOM Fani and Wade set this dude up. @15:44 lol wow

I believe Cross threw Mr. Bradley under the bus because she knows that he has information about Fani and Wade’s relationship. However, she is afraid that he will tell everything. Therefore , she has already set the stage to discredit him.
If Bradley tell the court what Wade has shared with him about his relationship with Fani or what he has observed between Wade and Fani then Cross could say it’s because he’s a disgruntled ex business partner.

T Bradley was holding back bc he was instructed by Natational Bar Association he could lose his license if he violated attorney client privilege - albeit this was an AC relationship that blurred lines bc of no contract, no payment, very little paper work documenting Bradley was officially retained as Wade's attorney. Prior to Bar Association strong arm, Bradley had texted with Merchant implying there was dirt on Wade. And maybe Bradley communicated with Merchant bc he was mad at the way the sex assault thing went down earlier such that he was forced out of firm. Anyway, The Nat'l Bar steps in and says "you better not say a word.... claim privilege". Aside: I thought AC privilege applied only to communications with regard to the legal advice being offered. Ex. if Wade in an official divorce advice meeting with Bradley to discuss divorce said "I am having affair with Fani, started in 2017 and I want to know how that affects my divorce" - that is AC privilege. But if when drinking in a bar as friends, Wade tells Bradley "I'm with Fani, she is sooo fine!" I don't think AC privilege applies bc he was not discussing how it relates to his divorce especially if other people heard it too.
T Bradley was claiming AC privilege to prevent revelation of the Sex Assault accusation in addition to whatever dirt he had on Wade & Fani. Once he did that, it opened up question and scrutiny by the judge of Bradley's application of AC privilege, which then brings to scrutiny to all claimed to be privileged. Bradley is in a no win situation. See item 10 from this website cited after quote.
"Don’t claim privilege over absolutely everything during discovery in litigation. Just one overzealous assertion of privilege can lead to greater skepticism and increase scrutiny of ALL privilege entries on a privilege log by opposing counsel, which, in turn, could lead to in camera review by the court."
      from www.fisherphillips.com/en/news-insights/top-10-ways-protect-attorney-client-communications-after-supreme-court-punts-case.html
Interestingly Merchant is the first one who cited somewhere in a legal document filed that preceded all this - stated Bradley's communications were not privileged. Of course the opposition reads her filings and sees Merchant mention AC Privilege doesn't apply and they say "Ah ha, we will be sure to claim AC privilege" Makes you wonder if Merchant was trying to pre-empt an argument by stating it, and DA's counsel pounced on it to implement.

I agree with you 100%. Judge McAfee is going to have a discussion with Bradley and his attorney behind closed doors. Therefore, it possible that he may return to the witness stand. The attorney/client privilege may not apply based off what was revealed in court by Attorney Cross. Therefore, if he brings forward the information regarding Wade and Willis relationship then those two should be recalled to testify.

NOT TO MENTION her slip up.... she stated when asked when they broke up and she said the same exact thing as wade men think different so since he is a man the break up happened June or July and that's exactly the same thing he said.

Not sure if you’re following or understanding the case. This witness is for the defense (Trump’s team). He was the one who told Trump’s team about the relationship and provided them all the details which lead up to the motion to dismiss being filed.
He’s not covering up for anyone; he’s actually helping build the State’s case. Us in the legal field can easily follow and see what’s happening. He unfortunately had to leave the firm due to inappropriate relations with a client (s_x assault). The victim was in the courtroom BTW and the judge ruled she couldn’t testify just yet because you can have a case in a case.
He was asked to leave their firm due to this accusation so it’s likely why his motive was to spill the beans. In addition to that, he was the guys divorce attorney so him spilling the beans is very bad (privileged client attorney relationship) which he violated.

💁 So, what we have here is the State Prosecutors were not happy with Mr. Bradley’s overall effectiveness as a prosecutor witness for, the state.
The meandering of his answers and dry snitching to Ms Merchant for, the defense via Email and Texts. He said the Defense Impeachment Filling “Looks Good”?
That’s where Mr Bradley became a Hostile Witness to the State. Thus, the dragging and under the bus he went.
Ms. Cross said, “He Lied” re: The REASON he left the Firm being dubbed as “Attorney Client Privilege” - which obviously it is NOT.
The Reason he departed the Firm is Professional Ethics failures on his part. Had nothing to do with, this case nor, the divorce of Nathan Wade.
Has no bearing on this case. His Texts and Emails are now lies and not credible as, Bradley becomes a Disgruntled Former Partner.
He gone and likely dis-barred working at Home Depot next. And, they snatched his 20K!!! 🤗🤭😝👋👋👋

I agree with you 100%. There wasn’t an attorney/client privilege because Wade didn’t sign a document (s) retaining Bradley. It’s crazy because Bradley cannot recall if he had Wade a sign document to retain his services for the divorce. Bradley can’t recall if Wade paid him for representation in the divorce. Bradley needs a new profession.

No. Hahaha if the judge was covering for Willis and Wade, he wouldn’t have brought this motion up. Remember that Bradley is actually a witness for the defense, ie, the defense attorneys brought him in to testify against Wade and Willis. The judge actually stopped the line of questioning because there was now a question of whether Bradley was asserting privilege correctly. In any case, Bradley did not help himself. His career as a lawyer is torched because he has shown that he does not understand privilege and was shown to lie under oath.
