As an analytical thinker, which I think you are too, I need to have set routines, for work, fitness, diet, home cleaning, night time activities everything. 2020 has completely thrown me off balance. Feeling crappy, the old ailments are back, weight has been lost and put back on again, arrgh I just want a 'normal' routine again with a new job that requires problem solving and process improving. Bring on 2021 and hope it turns out into a good one for everyone.

It was so lovely and refreshing to see such a ‘normal’ but healthy routine! It’s easy to forget that a picture perfect life isn’t possible every day! As a healthy lifestyle beginner this was SO inspiring so thank you for showing me that healthy can be just integrating small steps and routines into your day. Made it feel so much more achievable. ☺️♥️
Loved this routine! So relateable! You are so lucky to live somewhere warm. I am also trying to get daily walks, but it is a bit hard to get out the door in snow and -10 degrees and only a few hours daylight 🙈 but so important to get out and get some light and air 🥶🥰

Your challenges keep on getting bigger and better Katie!!! EEKKK!! I started using my Fitbit in 2020 and it really was a game changer for me. That Zepp E Watch looks really nice and chic though!!! Just getting to those 10,000 steps on weekdays when I'm working really made me more aware of how much I was sitting and not moving my body enough throughout the week. It's fun as we do Fitbit LSF challenges with other LSF babes!!!! Keeping each other accountable! I also love my Vital Proteins in the morning as well in my tea :) It's a MUST! I don't know if you just don't know but when you run the first 5 minutes are hard/harder for everyone, not just people that don't workout/ do workout.
Ya I think the first five minutes your body is getting use to the rate of running and so it can be difficult to start.
