    This literally happened to me today. Yesterday I slept at 10 pm and today I woke up at 12 pm. Then I wasted all of my day scrolling with a mindset that TOMORROW WILL BE THE-DAY.
    I got my senses back after watching your video. I'm finally starting my day at 8:50 pm rn but I feel so much better.

    I've been struggling with an unproductive sleep pattern for a long time now. I've been sleeping late and waking up in the afternoon, it's so constant that even if I sleep early, I'll end up waking up late. And I always feel unmotivated and guilty to even continue my day. But thanks to you Rebecca, I'm now getting things done, accepting the fact that waking up early is not a catalyst for productivity. And by being productive, my sleep pattern is slowly and automatically changing too! Thanks a lot, love, for giving me hope and confidence. Love ya ❤

    Thank you so much. I was planning to wake up at 5/6 am ( even though I went to sleep at 12 am)
    But I woke up and it was 11:45 I was so mad at myself because I wanted to do alot of important things such as studying. I felt guilty and couldn't do anything so opened TH-cam and searched what to do if you woke up late . Found YOUR video . And omg you saved me now I don't feel mad as I was . And now I can continue my day in peace. Thank you so much I'm a new subscriber I love your channel. (I'm 14 btw)

    Sometimes you just need those extra few hours of sleep ❤️ growing up my mother always encouraged me to get extra sleep if I felt like I needed it, she always said it was my body telling me to rest. Obviously it's not always possible because life happens but it's stuck with me to this day 🥰

    As someone that works 3p-3a in the hospital and wakes up at 11 or 12 this is great. I need 8 hours of sleep and I wake up eat and workout. I still get everything I need done and hit my macros so waking up at 12 is no excuse ! Love the video

    At first, I felt she was talking directly to me! Today, I didn't wake up as early as I wanted, and I searched for a video about how to be productive after waking up late. I still feel tired and wanna sleep, but I hope I won't waste time In shaa Allah. Right now, it is 12:20. I made a new, delicious, healthy breakfast. Hope I'll do what I want today and not sleep until 10 PM to wake up at fajr and then sleep again and then wake up at 7 AM. I can't stop waking up at fajr because I love waking up at fajr to pray. I also fulfil a bit of a task of the day (reading the Quran). I am a Muslim (girl), as you can see. ;)

    I see so many videos glorifying waking up early. It's so refreshing to see one like this about waking up later. As someone who works late nights as a waitress, some days I don't get to bed until 2am because of work and wake up around 10-11am. I enjoy my job but some parts of me always felt bad in a way for waking up late even though it meant getting good sleep. Like you said in the video, about what society thinks in regards to waking up late=lazy sometimes it's hard to get away from that mentality. Especially when I deny early morning appointments or hangouts because it would compromise my 8h of sleep, it makes me feel a bit lazy inside since everyone else can do it.
    Thank you for the amazing video and the inspiration on how to better utilize my days for my work schedule.

    today i woke up at 8:23 and it's thursday. Monday was super productive and Tuesday I babysat and didn't get home till like 2:30 but tuesday was still a good day. Yesterday I woke up earlier I walked on the treadmill, but the rest of the day I didn't do anything. I didn't get anything done but I was still happy because I was eating healthy throughout the week and I had Youth Group that night that I was very exited. Yesterday I told myself it was okay that I didn't do anything because my body needed the rest but I just think that I was being lazy. But today I am super unproductive and unmotivated, it's currently 1:40 and I haven't done anything and I'm just super upset with myself and sad. And how my brain works is since yesterday was my "rest" day, today can't be my rest day, and I don't know I'm just super discouraged and yeah, if you have any tips for me PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reply to my comment. tehe ty and have a good day

    So I am 100% a morning person. i like waking up early and do so much stuff until lunch because it makes me feels soo productive. But in the last two weeks i had vacations and i don't like it when i dont have a shedule for the day. I wanted to wake up early and be productive and overslept so many times, that i was mad with myself. I didnt have the motivation for working out and study because i just had a bad mood. in other way, oversleeping means, that your body needs the sleep and rest time. so dont be mad like me and be a bad friend to your body!

    Whenever i woke up late and feel bad, i’d like to catch up with my club and community and talk about positive things, or just catch up days. Then take a walk outside.
    Only doing that 2 things i can already call it a good day. You should find something lively too to make most of your day even though you wake up late!

    I have been seeing your videos from the starting of last year. I have watched all your tiktoks. And obviously all of your YT videos too. The change of perspective you had all these times and how you shared all your struggles and little happiness are so amazing girl!! ✨🥺🥺 I still remember I started my healing journey with therapy in September 2021 and I would woke up crying in the mid of the day most days as there were literally so many shock waves that came in my trauma digging. I had watched your videos on that time too. You have no idea how many times you had saved me by sharing how you cope with things.     I’m so glad I found your Channel some of these things be calling my ass out 🤣 and I probably needed that like it’s 10am and I thought the day is over because I haven’t done anything super early and I was like I FEEL ATTACKED lol because there’s way more hours of the day left 😅 also I’ve been waiting for better weather in New York to break my cycle and go on a spontaneous trip to Manhattan after 2 years I haven’t gotten the chance to take myself on an outing like I use to do before Covid. I missed going to cafes and grabbing books and collect cute souvenirs to put around my room I’ve been meaning to get some plants or maybe water seeds to raise a cute lil plant. Hopefully this cold windy cloudy weather goes away soon. 🤞🏻
