@bvaldebenitom it depends, foam takes out most of the vibration. But if you have a hard rubber on top, no point in having absorbant foam underneath if you see what im saying. You still want a fairly elastic rubber that can stretch, like a rubber foam or something. Eleiko uses a fairly smooth and dense rubber that stretch, which I have not been able to find an equivalent to, but I hope I've helped

If you want to make one, you need rebond foam around 150kg/m³ density and above. I'm not sure about the smooth rubber mats they use
