Soul crushing black metal from the Philadelphia area. I grew up with their guitarist Andrew in the Grim and FrostBitten Kingdoms of the Poconos. 570KVLT.
Through fields of peasant graves. Wow, the amount of feelings and passages that are obtained in these melodies is impressive! the album in general is a work of art, preserving classic black metal very well!
For me, this is 'basement' music - thanks to Evan/Andrew/Adam - good people and talented (rehearsals are in the basement ) Hear it from start of idea to completion.
Since the band Confessor, haven't heard that word used, while some 20 almost every band/album are using, lack of creativity I guess! USA producing some Great Black Metal 🤘🖤✴️🖤🤘 and not just lately!
