It's a shame guys like these aren't bigger. Top notch fucking work. People are saying it's Dissection worship just cuz the cover has similar colors? It's melodic? I don't think so. Both are fucking great, but damn, this shit... Great job fellas, and thank you BMP for posting.
i mean its a melodic black death band, so in that sense its in the same vain, but yeah, I think its wrong for people to say they are ripping Dissection off
@@gamingforfun9000 I highly recommand you the first album of Thulcandra, with some member of Black Horizons ;) And listen to the last album of The Spirit.
Sure it does have the Somberlain’s hearse as well. I’d have ordered it for the old school cover art alone, doesnt make things worse that it’s a great record.
Sometime, after few seconds you know that album is worth it to listen in whole. This ONE is the shining example. Extraordinary. Melodic. Intense. My soul is delighted.
I love this music. We are so few listening Black Metal...but we've the reason on our side!. Thanks BMP for spreading this wonderful music. Hail to all Black Metalheads 🤘🖤
Saw this band yesterday at The Fortress festival in Yorkshire. For me they were the best band on the bill because I could hear the old school death metal influences, they had tunes and melodies and I could actually understand the lyrics.
2021 keeps getting better and better with amazing album form BM bands. The harshness of emperor and melodicness of dissection in this one is so strong.
I don't really hear an excessive amount of Dissection influence like everyone is commenting. OK yes it's there, but overall there is just a lot of that old school late 80's thrash/ early death metal sound which Dissection also had. Maybe people commenting "Dissection!" just haven't listened to enough thrash and death metal. I'd just say they did good job of breathing fresh life into a decades- old style. I can listen to this album and not feel like I'm listening to someone else's style just being rehashed. I've heard enough lame, unoriginal Dissection copycats, there is a difference.
the killer cover art brought me here, the drumming is so demanding, wasn't expecting so much melody, but it was so enjoyable for a late evening, hails and thanks again for the upload 🤘
The influence is obvious, dont need to be a genius for that. However, i enjoyed the album. And it's not that it's unique. It is because, it is very well done. Regardless of what you may think it is "copying it" or "being influenced by"...it is a great release. A reminescence of the olden days, which needs to be reminded for future generations, from the actual source of it all, and the results of their influence in BM and the bands to come, like these guys. Great album, cover and sound.
First coffee in the morning. Let's see whats new in the bmp headquarter. How could I miss this awesone album? I'm not the worlds most passsionate Black Metal lunatic. But this frigging good album is something where I forget about my coffee.
MASTERWORK! nice heavy sound, awersome melodies, music match cover art work, little inspiration from EmperoR, but is enought original in its own way of expression...definitely superb quality album congratulations! Listened 3 times whole album, worth every second!
This cover reminds me a bit of Emperor's majestic "In the nightside eclipse". Musically, there isn't the symphonic touch, but it's very solid Black Metal with a grimy atmosphere. it's nice to see that there are some great bands in the UK too
Das Cover erinnert mich an Dessection, haette gewettet, dass es Skandinavier sind. Stimme super Gitarre, ja überhaupt der Sound ist auch nicht schlecht. Ein klares... Ja.... Für die UK Musik ....666..... Goooood joooob.

This comment section is surprisingly funny for the music given. Kudos to all of you.
Thats me lol !
Saw the cover and expected Dissection worship. Did not disappoint.
Me too. Same artwork as Somberlain in my eyes.
the eleven headed Azaerate waits
@@TheMisanthropia It's kind of a combo of Somberlain and SOTLB all things considered... and I love it.
Lol same artwork and concept it seems as well... Its okay to worship. But too much is tacky imo
Great comment

agreed. This sounds somewhat similar to dissection but definitely has its own flair
yep this is dissection rip off 100%
sounds a lot more like immortal really, riff in the first song is a straight immortal riff. Chord progressions are very dissection though, vocals too.
I’d like to know who did the covers but yes it obviously is going to bring about Dissection comparisons seems silly to complain about it.
i mean its a melodic black death band, so in that sense its in the same vain, but yeah, I think its wrong for people to say they are ripping Dissection off
Emperor + Dissection = Ninkharsag! Brawo mega muza, genialny album!

Another band that reminded me of Dissection was Black Horizons

First thing that came to my mind.
album covers look very similar lmao

Lunar sorcerers of cold affliction. Hail Ninkharsag and BMP!!!
Cover looks a lot like Dissection covers, let's see if it sounds like it too.
EDIT: Yes, it does. And yes, it pleases me very much.
Its that the somberlain from a different angle. Great album cover.
But the horses have changed quite a lot ^^ Think they need some food :D :D
Also sounds quite the same :) WIch isnt bad thing !

Yes
Nightside Eclipse + Lights Bane cover art = dope af
And The Somberlain's carriage and graves...
it is rather the hearse from The somberlain's cover
I don't see it...?
Sure it does have the Somberlain’s hearse as well. I’d have ordered it for the old school cover art alone, doesnt make things worse that it’s a great record.
+ Kind Diamond - Abigail
Pure Blackened Death Metal/Melodic Black and a bit of Emperor. Ordered immediately.
Dissection never die
Mayhem Emperor Immortal what a fabulous treble. Back in the snowy and misty forests of the nineties. What a great breath of fresh air.
The cover reminds of Dissection. Great album none the less, hear certain elements of Emperor.
Wow these guys are not fucken around bravo 10/10 . Finally Dissection SOUND IS ALIVE.
Abigail + in the nightside eclipse + storm of the light's bane.
And the somberlain
I like the vocals and the tempo is intense. Thank you for sharing
the album just keeps getting better as it goes on

Ahhh this does put a smile on my face
It gets better and better every time i listen to it. Great album from start to finish
God damn this fucking SLAPS
dark, fast, melodic and beautiful, whats not to like?
'Under the Dead of Night' is probably my favorite track on this album.

Yeah man this is a slapper of a riff. I love it when I can hear a thick chunky bass like this in black metal.

Me: Can we have Dissection?
Mom: We have Dissection at home.
Dissection at home:
So close to 'where dead angels lie'..
This album kicks ass!
Im not trashing this album, I didnt even have the time to listen to it. But the first thing I saw was a mix of The Somberlain and SotLB album covers.
Sick 🤘🏻🥶🤘🏻
Great album art, killer riffs, evil atmosphere, foreign band name difficult to pronounce, this is the way

This slaps pretty damn hard. I got this on repeat. What a quality album.
