I lived in Nacogdoches for 10 years and this was my childhood zoo. I remember many times when I was a kid going to Lufkin to see the animals at this place. Also I loved the train ride that was there too. Seeing this brings back really great memories from my childhood 😊
Never saw the water so clean for the hippo usually it's merky and dark green. When he swims by the viewing window you can't hardly see him because of the dirty merky water 5:52
